What I like least about Klara is the bots.

Overall, asset to our office

overall has been a great asset to our front desk team

Pros

Easy to use for patients and staff. Time on phone has decreased with ease of using chat function.

Cons

some limitations such as being able to list the day of the week in the reminder. Also, cannot block certain patients from using online scheduler like previous program could.
