My admin was out of town and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] received my email requesting assistance. I had a last minute order that need labels. We had not planned on this particular order going out until my admin returned and was able to print them for us. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] called me direct ASAP and walked me through it with ease. From a small business to another, kudos on your top notch customer service.

The importing and variable labelling is intuitive and a lifesaver. Customizing my own label sizes is easy and [sensitive content hidden] has been so fast and helpful with any tweaks I needed to do. I love that it handles my barcodes and general labelling needs for any kind of label I need from big to small.

I would love to see pre populated Uline labels added to the system such as the Avery labels. Most of us using warehouse order from Uline so it would be handy.

After getting a ONE day notice that SMEAD was discontinuing their ridiculously expensive labelling system we were left scrambling for a replacement. I thought they would just remove their restrictive environment and place their non-supported software in the public domain and allow us to continue to use it but that was not the case. I needed to find a replacement QUICK. Luckily I found Label Live. I love the trial allowed for full use without worrying about watermarks etc. Once I designed the replacement labels we needed, we could start to use software immediately. The support staff was quickly trained and we purchased the full version. So far so good!

We are a school system and wished we could have used a purchase order. Just makes things cleaner for the auditors. Disclaimer: they do allow purchase orders for 5 or more licenses.

Software is very easy to use and gives you options to adjust multiple facets of each label. Also a big bonus of being able to save sheets of labels - printing 120 at a time is typical in our office.

Having to save the labels on our computer hard-drive versus the label software itself, takes a bit of time in terms of opening a saved label sheet to print. But if that's the biggest complaint (which isn't a huge deal anyway), that's great!

Nothing its great! I would like there to be some github examples that work right out of the box. Do that and setup a link on the site!

This is the ONLY app available out there that let's small businesses like ours generate professional looking labels. We currently use Square for Retail, but I believe this is also applicable for Shopify, Clover, Talech, etc. This app at the very start appears to be a solid designer for custom labels. I believe some of the UI/UX could be improved but that is purely preferrential and I believe a lot of the things are in the works. It's just packed with so many features that it's fairly negligible compared to what the app offers in return.

Everything was perfect as per my needs.Saved a lot of time for me.

Very easy to use. The program is simple but does a lot. You do not need to be a computer whiz to figure it out. Whenever I have a question, the developer responds in a timely manner and gets me the answer I need.

I do not have any complaints about Label LIVE.

Was not easy to find Label LIVE but when I finally did, it checked all the boxes.

Anytime I've had an issue it was quickly resolved. Therefore at this time, there are no cons.

Very easy to use even with their short video demonstration and it does exactly what I have been wanting to do with labels.

Saves me too much time and who wants extra time on their hands... Geeze, Think about the people that want their lives to be difficult all their life! HaHa, I can't think of a con for this system. 6 out of 5 stars!

Working out how to use the software. It's great when you know how but getting there took me a while.

Really intuative to use. Only took a minute to understand and get my first label printed.

Ideally there would be a way to see the outline of a round label to ease the process of aligning text to fit.

This software is able to solve any barcode issue you might have! Most important of all, you will have a very affordable price with the best customer service. For small companies like us, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is like our life-saver for this label printing issue.

I didn't buy the printer from Label live, and we use our current Dymo printer. It takes us some time to figure out the best option for a sharp printing result.

This software solved a problem of printing labels from a database housed in Excel. We had been manually typing up each label with the Brother software, but now Label live automatically pulls this information from the excel sheet. This saves a lot of time and reduces the chances of errors from each manual entry.

Overall the experience has been great. Learning the layout did take some time, but this is to be expected. The label live website had helpful tutorials and videos. At this point it’s all established and this software is making our work flow more efficient.

I was just about pulling my hair out to get "tiny" SKU barcodes printed onto our products using the innate dymo software. I scoured the internet and found Label Live. It SERIOUSLY has saved myself and my staff hours of time in setting up barcodes. I couldn't have done any of it without Label Live.

I can't say a bad thing about this product, it's very well designed.

This software is super simple to use and code to create perfect and awesome looking labels for all our products. Any time I ran into a question as hard or as simple as they come, representative was so great at responding with a solution immediately. Thanks for an excellent solution to our labeling issue.

I haven't found a feature I am not happy with!

I have been using your software around the world and it has been an incredibly easy product/tool to use in creating patient labels and QR codes with our patient unique identifiers, and even easier to train our teams to use because of how simple and intuitive it is. We have purchased licenses for our teams around the globe. While other technology pieces have changed as we’ve trialed things in low resource settings, Label Live has been a consistent and reliable piece of the entire solution package that continues to meet our needs. So thank you for creating this label solution!

Sometimes it is difficult to download the software when I am abroad and trying to download directly from the LabelLive website. Sometimes I need to download from the google store, but because I am mostly an apple user, this leads to a good amount of time figuring out workarounds to get the software downloaded and licenses purchased.

Love the product, everything about is fantastic.

Installing the license needs to be done for EVERY user of that computer. That's a little frustrating as it's on a computer that is used by multiple people. Which means the first time it's used for a new logon the person has to install the license. It would be nice to have a machine wide license instead of installing per person that logs on.

Thanks for your support. You can install a license machine-wide by placing the license in C:\lll (lower-case L) and Label LIVE will automatically try to install that license at startup.

Since I'm a relatively new user, I haven't yet encountered anything that I don't like about the product. When I did notice a few things about LabelLive that I wanted to see added and/or changed within the program, the developers were very responsive to my suggestions and implemented changes to the program within a day or two.

After being tasked with replacing our outdated label maker software I came across Label LIVE several times and they offer a free trial so no risk. I tried it for 13 days and loved it, then paid the one-time fee. It is SO easy to use, anyone can sit down and understand the software. I saw one area of improvement which is the print function, when you print 20 labels or any qty over 1 it prints each label one by one, instead of consecutively. Now this could be user-error like I need to find some setting to get it to print consecutively or its my label printers, not sure just yet.

It's hard to narrow down to a list all of the features that we use--and we haven't found the sum of them yet. Every day you'll hear our team exclaim, "Oh, wow!" out loud as they find new ways that Order Time has built in to support our operation. It is clearly designed by a somewhat OCD genius in inventory management who will stop at nothing to include every conceivable order- and inventory-management feature you could want.

Label printing could be a bit better but it is an area of active work. Unlike other vendors whose technical support staff is outsourced to one country and the development to another, the staff of Order Time is right here in the US and any issues communicated to the technical support staff are relayed directly to the development staff. Answers to upgrade and development questions are usually only a day or two away.
