Label LIVE Features

It's pretty easy to use. I used access back in the day and use Excel a lot so it may be more intuitive to me but I love how clean the interface is. It's straight to the point but easy enough to use I didn't need to read the FAQ to get started. The software is lightweight and not bloaty.

I haven't run into issues yet. I will update if I do.

There isn't anything that I didn't like.

It was very easy to set up and use, importing from a spreadsheet was a breeze, and the customization and UI for creating labels is very clear and easy to use. The ability to print off so many variables and use data so effectively is a massive boon. Customer support has been amazing in helping me figure things out, including getting a feature implemented that i suggested, and sending me a beta copy to test with.

There are niche instances of features that i would like to see, but am generally not upset about having as i can bake them in to my excel sheets.

I connected an excel data file with label editor to create receipt to our association members. I used editor function without looking instructions and it's so easy It's so so "intelligent": you can add sheet on excel file, fields, data inside fields, and Label Live update all instantly. Software house offered me for free a duplicated license permitting me to work on desktop and laptop computer: thank you so much. I'm so happy to use Label Live and I raccomanded to all people to try the 20 days free version.

Very easy to use. The program is simple but does a lot. You do not need to be a computer whiz to figure it out. Whenever I have a question, the developer responds in a timely manner and gets me the answer I need.

I do not have any complaints about Label LIVE.

Software is very easy to use and gives you options to adjust multiple facets of each label. Also a big bonus of being able to save sheets of labels - printing 120 at a time is typical in our office.

Having to save the labels on our computer hard-drive versus the label software itself, takes a bit of time in terms of opening a saved label sheet to print. But if that's the biggest complaint (which isn't a huge deal anyway), that's great!

Compared to others, which I have tried many of ... Label LIVE is much easier to use, less clunky, and has fantastic support.

It can be a bit picky to get data wired up.

Nothing really, its pretty simple to use

Flexibility to import data from spreadsheets and customise designs.

It does what I need and is robust to perform without interuption to my business.

I really like the simplicity and that you easily can import xls files and work with several products at once but only with one label template that you create really easily with this software. I Also appreciate the effort and availability that Caylan gives me as a user. I had some requests about changes that would make my labels exactly as I want them and within 24 hours Caylan had made those changes so that I could have it exactly as I wanted. Thats a support I didn't expected at all!

Right now I don't have anything I don't like. This software does exactly what it's supposed to.

Love the product, everything about is fantastic.

Installing the license needs to be done for EVERY user of that computer. That's a little frustrating as it's on a computer that is used by multiple people. Which means the first time it's used for a new logon the person has to install the license. It would be nice to have a machine wide license instead of installing per person that logs on.

Thanks for your support. You can install a license machine-wide by placing the license in C:\lll (lower-case L) and Label LIVE will automatically try to install that license at startup.

The variable feature of the software is great as is the ability to import files. The design functionality is easy and understandable particularly after watching the tutorial video.

I was just about pulling my hair out to get "tiny" SKU barcodes printed onto our products using the innate dymo software. I scoured the internet and found Label Live. It SERIOUSLY has saved myself and my staff hours of time in setting up barcodes. I couldn't have done any of it without Label Live.

I can't say a bad thing about this product, it's very well designed.

The ease of use is amazing. Having the anchor feature ensures no mishaps. If you have to amend anything on the spreadsheet you are using the system updates too so no need to export and re-import. I can't rate the software or the support received, both are fantastic. Will absolutely recommend to others.

I honestly cannot think of any cons, it has worked like an absolute dream.

The ease of use is incredible! I am able to batch print thousands of labels for my job with different QRs and iterations. Can’t recommend it enough, it’s a game changer for sure.

I wish there was better support for cloud saving of formats as well as better QR management options.

This is the ONLY app available out there that let's small businesses like ours generate professional looking labels. We currently use Square for Retail, but I believe this is also applicable for Shopify, Clover, Talech, etc. This app at the very start appears to be a solid designer for custom labels. It connects easily to our wifi connected printers (laser jet as well as a Zebra mobile printer)....

I believe some of the UI/UX could be improved but that is purely preferrential and I believe a lot of the things are in the works. It's just packed with so many features that it's fairly negligible compared to what the app offers in return.

I have been using your software around the world and it has been an incredibly easy product/tool to use in creating patient labels and QR codes with our patient unique identifiers, and even easier to train our teams to use because of how simple and intuitive it is. We have purchased licenses for our teams around the globe. While other technology pieces have changed as we’ve trialed things in low resource settings, Label Live has been a consistent and reliable piece of the entire solution package that continues to meet our needs. So thank you for creating this label solution!

Sometimes it is difficult to download the software when I am abroad and trying to download directly from the LabelLive website. Sometimes I need to download from the google store, but because I am mostly an apple user, this leads to a good amount of time figuring out workarounds to get the software downloaded and licenses purchased.

After being tasked with replacing our outdated label maker software I came across Label LIVE several times and they offer a free trial so no risk. I tried it for 13 days and loved it, then paid the one-time fee. It is SO easy to use, anyone can sit down and understand the software. I saw one area of improvement which is the print function, when you print 20 labels or any qty over 1 it prints each label one by one, instead of consecutively. Now this could be user-error like I need to find some setting to get it to print consecutively or its my label printers, not sure just yet.

Label LIVE is intuitive and easy to use even for the most complicated shipping label requirements devised by our customers. It fits in well with our work flow and notably is compatible with the newer M1 Macintosh computers and has a built in driver for our thermal printer - something that is otherwise difficult to find. Customer support is outstanding: When we found the product missing an element critical to our workflow, the Label LIVE people were able to add it in for us in just a couple of days.

Previewing and editing individual labels created from a batch import could be improved.

Label live's sleek user interface and well thought out features makes creating beautiful custom labels very easy and straightforward. By far the best reason for our purchase was the feature that allows you to upload a spreadsheet and customize variables on the label - so instead of hundreds of label files for our products, we only need one label file and one spreadsheet to indicate the product name, number and barcode. Now all our labels look great and we have a new consistency across our labels.

I wish there were more self-help resources online other than the YouTube videos and the FAQ on the label live website.

Super simple clean and obvious functional design with no unnecessary clunky features like many other label solutions have. Integrates really well with excel sheets for printing vast arrays of data, including data variables for how many print quantities.

Only issue I've found is that with large excel sheets it can be a bit slow to update data, and there is not a clear indication of when this is completed. The app shows when the file was last "updated" but this seems to just be when it noticed a change not when it's finished updating all changes.

Very easy to use even with their short video demonstration and it does exactly what I have been wanting to do with labels.

Saves me too much time and who wants extra time on their hands... Geeze, Think about the people that want their lives to be difficult all their life! HaHa, I can't think of a con for this system. 6 out of 5 stars!

The ability to design the tag easily was so helpful for someone without any graphic design background.

Just one small glitch regarding a variable window would not refresh as being empty. So you’d manually have to delete the data so it wouldn’t inherently print on the wrong tag.
