We have professional looking labels for our HR and Special Education department files designed exactly just the way we wanted them. Everybody is happy.
After getting a ONE day notice that SMEAD was discontinuing their ridiculously expensive labelling system we were left scrambling for a replacement. I thought they would just remove their restrictive environment and place their non-supported software in the public domain and allow us to continue to use it but that was not the case. I needed to find a replacement QUICK. Luckily I found Label Live. I love the trial allowed for full use without worrying about watermarks etc. Once I designed the replacement labels we needed, we could start to use software immediately. The support staff was quickly trained and we purchased the full version. So far so good!
We are a school system and wished we could have used a purchase order. Just makes things cleaner for the auditors. Disclaimer: they do allow purchase orders for 5 or more licenses.

Not having to use expensive overly complicated software from large faceless corporations!
The variable feature of the software is great as is the ability to import files. The design functionality is easy and understandable particularly after watching the tutorial video.
Nothing I can think of. So far it does everything i wanted and more.

We have put off printing our own barcode/price stickers for our wholesale customers, but this software helped the process go smoothly!
Easy to use, with lots of ways to customize
Just a little difficulty getting the printing to be centered, but we're printing on tiny 1" x 1" labels.

A++ - Customer service, UI/UX, integration into our workflow, functionality, and consistent and frequent new releases.
This is the ONLY app available out there that let's small businesses like ours generate professional looking labels. We currently use Square for Retail, but I believe this is also applicable for Shopify, Clover, Talech, etc. This app at the very start appears to be a solid designer for custom labels. It connects easily to our wifi connected printers (laser jet as well as a Zebra mobile printer)....
I believe some of the UI/UX could be improved but that is purely preferrential and I believe a lot of the things are in the works. It's just packed with so many features that it's fairly negligible compared to what the app offers in return.

One final story that I thought was pretty cool and I wanted to pass along. I was recently in Malawi for a surgical program with a surgical NGO. I met with the hospital [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in Kamuzu Central Hospital in the Capital of Malawi, Lilongwe. He saw our patient writstband IDs (which used the labels generated from your software)/labels on our patient charts and wanted to see how he could take...
I have been using your software around the world and it has been an incredibly easy product/tool to use in creating patient labels and QR codes with our patient unique identifiers, and even easier to train our teams to use because of how simple and intuitive it is. We have purchased licenses for our teams around the globe. While other technology pieces have changed as we’ve trialed things in low resource settings, Label Live has been a consistent and reliable piece of the entire solution package that continues to meet our needs. So thank you for creating this label solution!
Sometimes it is difficult to download the software when I am abroad and trying to download directly from the LabelLive website. Sometimes I need to download from the google store, but because I am mostly an apple user, this leads to a good amount of time figuring out workarounds to get the software downloaded and licenses purchased.

We were really stressed out when our label software we had for over a decade no longer worked and we were printing our box labels in Word which was a nightmare with 200+ box shipments, printing one by one. But once we realized we could not generate UPCA retail price tickets we had to act fast. After a few trials with other label software companies I stick with Label LIVE due to the functionality, ease of use and service.
After being tasked with replacing our outdated label maker software I came across Label LIVE several times and they offer a free trial so no risk. I tried it for 13 days and loved it, then paid the one-time fee. It is SO easy to use, anyone can sit down and understand the software. It has all the functions we need to create barcode labels, rack labels, box labels and so much more. I love the importing...
I saw one area of improvement which is the print function, when you print 20 labels or any qty over 1 it prints each label one by one, instead of consecutively. Now this could be user-error like I need to find some setting to get it to print consecutively or its my label printers, not sure just yet.

When researching for professional label software, as a small company we were quite surprised that the two large contenders in the label arena were very expensive and involved yearly fees, maintenance contracts etc etc etc, which amounted to VERY EXPENSIVE! for a newly established small business. When I came across LABEL LIVE, I was sceptical at first as the price for the pro version was very reasonable and did not involve complicated maintenance contracts and yearly subscriptions. I initially paid for the home version to see how the label software would suit our EPSON C300 label printer and DTM FOIL printer and it performed all the functions needed to create great looking professional labels. I upgraded to the PRO version a few days after!
The only small gripe and really it is small is the transferring of the licence if you need to reinstall windows on your existing computer, however not a big issue.

My experience with the program are very low as i Test it for 1 day via trail version . After one day of trying I really liked it and bought the business version . At the moment I am still in to set up all our different labels . So it’s is at the moment just in use for me until I Setup everything
That we can use excel as an database , so many options to design labels
Till now I find nothing what is wrong for me . But as there is always something i will let you know as soon as i found it !

I use a lot of labels around my classroom and makerspace. This program gave me the spreadsheet import feature I needed at a reasonable cost.
It was really easy to import spreadsheet data to print labels. The setup for our printer was almost automatic.
It's a bit tricky to drag and drop text boxes in the label creator

It was difficult and expensive for us to implement a label design in our ERP.Label Live helped us to do it for a few money and a few time.It is alos now easy for us to change our design when we need it.
Label live is easy to learn, interface is really simple and friendly user.You can design labels in a few minutes.
Some bugs are still occurring but the support is doing a really good job.

Label live is definitely a solution for my barcode printing issue. It is much easier to use when I need to do batch printing with mixed barcode (data matrix and 128). When I had any questions , [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was always get back to me within a day. I can't find a better customer service, seriously!
This software is able to solve any barcode issue you might have! Most important of all, you will have a very affordable price with the best customer service. For small companies like us, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is like our life-saver for this label printing issue.
I didn't buy the printer from Label live, and we use our current Dymo printer. It takes us some time to figure out the best option for a sharp printing result.

I purchased a Rollo printer to use with my Mac for faster and cheaper printing of our packing labels for our farm boxes. These labels have unique info on them, such as the custom order of each customer, along with their address and contact info for delivery. We needed to be able to customize shipping labels to meet our small farm's needs and I couldn't believe how intuitive and versatile LabelLive was. And customer support has been fantastic! I had an issue with my spreadsheet that I was using one time (my error) and when I dialogued with customer support, I was guided to the solution within 15 minutes. Very satisfied!

Quick, cheap, cheerful. It's all that's needed in such a straightforward application. I wish I had come to it sooner and saved a tone of wasted time with inferior software.
Really intuative to use. Only took a minute to understand and get my first label printed.
Ideally there would be a way to see the outline of a round label to ease the process of aligning text to fit.

The application helps me print price labels for products in my store. Sometimes the products do not have cartoon codes or are illegible, then I use the app to generate a new barcode and stick it on the product. I definitely recommend the app.

Needed a labeling software just to print labels for our rings. We used labelview for years. It was not as easy to set up and use as label live and much more expensive. Label live support team helped me even during trial period
