MailMaestro generates high-quality text that is clear, concise, and grammatically correct. The interface is clean and simple, and the instructions are clear and concise.

It can be slow at times, especially when generating large amounts of text. Also, it does not analyze the email and suggest replies.

The biggest impact is the simplicity of the product and how easy it is to use. I usually don't pay much attention to add-ins for Outlook to be honest, but the colorful logo pulled me in and I'm glad it did. I love the ability to change the tone of the email and even the language!

I genuinely don't see how it can be improved for what it is. It is the PERFECT Microsoft add-in. Now, if it was or is going to be a standalone product then it is a great starting point for building in many new wonderful features but I personally don't think anything is wrong with it as-is.

I love that it automatically types out complicated and long emails even though sometimes, it will require much editing to get the message across. I have been using it for free; it is a great additional tool available to professionals.

The ease of using this app could be improved and accuracy to understand the prompts and responses could also be better fine-tuned.

So far so good. This has been a great product to use compared to others out there. It makes it very easy to respond to emails without needing to sit down and properly write out the perfect response. I just put in what I want to say and amazingly, it creates exactly what I am looking for.

I wish it would take more into account what was said int he past, and maybe automatically create responses.

The premise that that a natural language engine can generate email messages is fascinating and something I would love to see in the future.

The interface felt a bit lacking but not clunky. Also the forced "signature" that I had to keep deleting the email before sending it, made the process a bit tedious, but then again, it was a free trail.

Extremely use of use product . Cool interface and personnalisation options

not always accurate when answering in french for example

The outlook add-in is fantastic and allows me to pop open a MailMaestro window quickly - tell it what I want it to produce and in what tone - then it instantly fires it back at me for potential inclusion in an email. It's seamless and can really save time structuring and writing emails that are thoughtful and thorough.

I wish there were more options and training that can happen to teach MailMaestro what I like and expect from it's generated content.

MailMaestro being built into Outlook is extremely nifty and handy to maximize work efficiency.

Too many free services exist with AI on the upbringing, it's a personal opinion of mine that services such as this should be free.

what i like is that we combined the product to our emails easily and it is easy to use it to generate formal emails and reply to clients with perfect words , the product understand the content of email and generate response letter in a professional way

there is few languages , so we would appreciate adding more languages such Arabic language

I like the way the context is valued in the text generation

it s innovative, once one is used to work with it, it is user friendly and helps generate good quality emails . it saves time and language, meaning syntax, gramar and spelling are correct when using different languages. i also like the fact that it allows me to customise my mails to the audience .

i cannot include it in outlook and have to use outlook live and i don't like that. it bugs from time to time and i cannot paste the message in my mail or i loose the message and need to rewrite it.

I loved the fact it eases my burden especially on routine emails. Many of my accountants who are not necessarily language experts are saving time and my money by using this tool. Hats off to the way you have designed it. I personally installed it in atleast 10 systems. Keep up the good job and please feel free to reachout to me for any feedback from non native English speakers.

I think installation took time rest was ok

It gives me the chance to instantly write e-mails that I would normally agonize over for 10-20 minutes

I wish it was slightly smarter, and could better interpret the context, so that I wouldn't need some much manual intervention after the fact.

I love mail, maestro. It has saved me so much time writing and replying to emails. I love the new prompt feature that has post agendas. I like how it will do replies and take whatever content is in the email you’re replying to and go off of that. It’s very user-friendly. Set up to literally a minute. Definitely use this every single day.

I wish that you could edit part of the generated reply, and keep some of the generated reply.

Works with O365.It is very user friendly.Saves lot of time

I don't know of anything so far that i do not like in the MailMaestro.

supporting drafting the long emails, then you will have to just fine tune it. which reduce alot of the time.

that you need to open it in new window, i would suggest to have it as an icon within the email message, and once clicked the magic happens in the same box.

helps you organise your thoughts in a proficient way. it does increase your productivity, particularly if English is not your first language

on a certain topics it does not really change a lot from what your inputs where. with certain emails, it just copy and paste what you wrote again. Sometimes it cracks or freezes so you lose what you just wrote or the inputs you gave
