Malwarebytes is a computer user's greatest defense, a computer technicians best tool, and the virus designer and hackers worst enemy. There is none better.
Malwarebytes antimalware is by far hands down the most useful, up-to-date, free software for basic or a minimal price for amazing software to rid your computer of any and all viruses malware of any source. I ran my own computer business for many years and finally retired and in the business down to a friend and Malwarebytes is hands down best tool in my arsenal.
If Malwarebytes had an online version the people could use even if their computer was so choked up with viruses and malware that installation of software was impossible, it would be a wonderful tool but as far as I know there isn't one.

Ive been using malware bytes for more than ten years! It always does a full scan and solve little things without compromising the computers resources!
Integration and warnings are most important.
More control over automatic scan should be tweaked.

Malwarebytes is a good AV for those who are looking for something lightweight to add to their PC and also a good option for those who want to go a paid option as the pricing is fair and provides a good amount of options for the price. I continue to use it on my PC and will continue to use it and install it in my new devices.
A very good AV software options for those who do not want something that is very intrusive or requires constant resources from your PC to use. I also haven't had any conflicting experiences between Windows Defender and Malwarebytes., and the Quick Access check when right-clicking on a file is also very nice. While a good amount of features are locked behind paid options, the free version is also very good and the primary features of being able to scan your own computer along with any file you want. The very much improved UI and performance from recent updates are also nice.
While not many negatives, I would say the constant advertisement to buy a subscription on startup at times can get annoying especially for someone who wouldn't understand how to disable such ads. I have to say the have at least improved on this front and have improved the popups and made it more clear what features are premium which I think is more effective.

I've been using it for some years and every day I 'm convinced that it's the best antimalware and antivirus in the world. I have it on all my devices (laptop, PC, tablet and smartphone) and I feel very confident that my information is protected. These devices are also my work tools, so I take great care of them. The money I pay for this antimalware is worth it. I have not had problems but many benefits when using it. The first time I installed it was due to a virus that I could not eliminate with anything and Malwarebyes did it with the free version, so do not hesitate to buy the Premium version. I recommend it.
Malwarebytes is an excellent software because it not only removes malware but also Trojans, spyware and all kinds of viruses that try to damage my devices even before they carry out an attack, and also protects them from ramsoware. It has real-time protection and detects which pages are not safe as I browse the Internet. The scan can be programmed to be performed every so often and has a quick scan which only takes a few minutes, although the PC slows down a lot. Your app is very functional and practical. The user interface is intuitive, easy to use.
I've no complaints about this antimalware, on the contrary it has got me out of trouble more than once. It is the best antimalware in the world.

Not having to deal with malware infected machines, ever, at all, period.
Shortly after I joined the company, we decided to move our IT in-house and away from the managed service provider we had been using. I built our entire IT environment from scratch, and one of the first things I did was deploy Malwarebytes Anti-malware. I had plenty of experience using the product to clean up machines already infected with malware, but deploying it to a clean end point and having that endpoint stay clean for more than five years without a single verifiable malware infection is a beautiful thing. With roughly 150 endpoints our environment is smaller than many, but with only two administrators supporting it we really enjoy spending exactly zero minutes each year dealing with infected machines.
The only possible "con" I could think of is that when I first deployed the solution, it threw out a few false positives due to a couple registry changes put in place via Group Policy in Active Directory. However, it's hard to say that's much of a con because monitoring suspicious registry changes is a good thing, and whitelisting those changes so it quit generating a false positive was super simple.

My overall experience with Malwarebytes is satisfactory. The software is easy to set up and includes a wide variety of solutions. But the scanning could be improved and a more thorough approach could be developed.
The thing I like the most about Malwarebytes is the availability of security solutions provided by Malwarebytes, it provides anti malwarebytes, anti ransomware and anti exploit protection. Also, availability of Malwarebytes on all of the major platforms is a very helpful feature. Also, Malwarebytes is very easy to install and set up. Scanning is fast and thorough and does not require a high system configuration.
The thing I like the least about Malwarebytes is the malware detection through real time scanning, it skips a lot of files and many a times leave infected files undetected. Also, premium plans are expensive relative to competitive products.

Malwarebytes for Business is the best endpoint security platform. Implementation is easy. I have enjoyed using it and I would recommend it.
Malwarebytes has given the best feeling for secure and reliable systems. The intelligence level in play is worth it. Viruses and threats have no route at all. I also like the features which are quite easy to understand. Malwarebytes is enough security for businesses.
It is worth the money. I have not experienced any challenges.

Before using it in the business world, I was a Malwarebytes user at home. I was shown it when working for a tech company, and decided to use it myself. Overall, I have not had a negative experience with the software.
Love real time protection and web protection. It is nice to not have to worry about viruses and to be notified as you are entering dangerous areas of the internet. Also, being able to have the basic items for use at the free level is really nice as well.
The free version does not have real time protection, which is totally understandable. some people may not agree with the price, but I found it to be fair honestly.

My overall experience with Malwarebytes is quite satisfying. I found it a useful software against online threats. If you have to download a lot of files or documents into your business laptop, you must have this software installed.
I love Malwarebytes. It has a robust scanning system which can detect the hardest viruses out there. It has some of the very competitive features in the market like: 1. It can scan the messages of your smartphone and detects if it's a scam or contains any suspicious link. It will automatically send all the malicious and fraud messages into the junk box. 2. It will block all the unwanted ads from the device and the adware also. 3. Malwarebytes has one of the best and most frequently updated virus definition in the market. 4. It will automatically block all the call and messages from the known scammers and fraudsters. 5. Very ideal for detecting certain rootkits which were left undetected from other popular antiviruses.
Malware byte is a handy antimalware software which is already protecting millions of devices. But, there are a few cons which I would like to mention. The first thing is that Malwarebytes can be a little for some people after the first discounted year. It also doesn't support real-time protection in the free version. Sometimes, it starts blocking the safer services also.

On machines where local administrative access is granted, the tool is great to deploy when the machine is performing sub-par and usually identifies many tasks or files that can be deleted. This information is useful to send up the chain to network administrators to modify firewalls and other scanning tools to be responsive to new threats. However, "antivirus" programs vary greatly in what they scan, and for some this tool is mildly redundant. While unrealistic, it would be great if tools such as these recognized other similar tools and didn't try to wrestle control of threat assessment away from the default, especially when it's not the native OS tool. Regardless, this tool remains an excellent one in any arsenal of someone who is troubleshooting a PC that is not operating as expected.
Great at removing "threats" not considered as such by native/host OS solutions. Simple and intuitive interface offers excellent insights into what was found, what is or should be done, and in plain language.
It is not always easy to get approval to have it run on machines where admin rights are not granted. This is understandable given the level of read access it needs to perform its job can be restrictive when run from a browser, but some competitors offer this service and, while not as robust at targeting malware, are more helpful.

Malwarebytes is an awesome scanner that is well known to rid your system of infections such as adware, spyware etc. I have been using this software fatefully for over 2 years with little to no major issues. It is light on resources and performs scans in batch mode versus scanning all opened files which greatly reduces interference if you might have other anti-malware software or anti-virus software...
I have had such an awesome experience, I have no cons.

The anti-virus software has exceeded security expectations for years. We are very happy with this product.
This does a great job of protecting our devices against the latest threats. The features and options allow us to configure it to specific needs.
The software does not detect all threats. We have to pay for more advanced features.

My overall experience has been pleasant, I don't have any major complaints about the Malwarebytes software.
I have been using Malwarebytes for years, its my go to when I need to remove malware from my personal computer. The company that I work for also uses Malwarebytes and it is installed on all computers through out the company. One of the pros that I like is that you can schedule a scan of your computer at any time. The software will automatically scan your computer at the scheduled time.
One Con that I do not like is when there is an update for Malwarebytes software, the update will sometimes cause an issue with your computer. Example is there was an update for Malwarebytes and the update installed on some of the computers for the company that I work for; the update caused the computers not to have network connectivity. After troubleshooting this problem we found out that Malwarebytes was the cause and we had to uninstall the Malwarebytes software. But later that same day Malwarebytes released a patch update that resolved the issue. This is an Con that can happen with any software. My company still uses Malwarebytes and has been for years.

Currently we do not employ Malwarebytes at my company, but I hope to change that to coincide with the solution currently deployed here.
I have found Malwarebytes to be easy to implement, use and maintain. It is not a resource hog, its scans are quick and accurate and it works well with other programs for removal of even the nastiest items facing most users and their computers. The fact that it is free for home use and much less expensive than other 'professional' solutions for business use is fantastic. We used Malwarebytes so much...
There is very little to not like about Malware bytes. If anything, I would hope they continue their excellent service and do not let a Symantec or Microsoft buy them out so it gets ruined.

I've been using this software for years in different capacities. It's always a good starting point for Malware checking. I usually use it in conjunction with AV tools and other applications. But this is my go-to for the initial scan.
It's small and can be run encapsulated on a static CD media if need be. It finds a large amount of different Malware, so it's good as a first level scan.
Changes to the software recently made it a little less user friendly to get a deep scan initiated.

I found Malwarebytes several years ago when working on a computer that I thought I could not clean up. It had so much malware on it that it would barely run enough to even move the mouse cursor, let alone actually fix anything. I used every tool I had at the time that would run in safe mode on that computer. I almost gave up. A little bit of "googleing around" led me to Malwarebytes. I gave it...
Malwarebytes is an easy-to-use anti-malware software that is highly effective at what it does. In my experience working on computers for 18+ years, it's the best anti-virus/anti-malware product I have found.
Like almost all other anti-virus/anti-malware products, its memory usage can grow a little over time, but Malwarebytes does seem to keep it under control better than most.

Years ago I used Malwarebytes for scanning my computer searching for threats my antivirus did not find and it was great. So i decided to switch to Malwarebytes for Business for more security
In These days we often read about ransonmware attacks and it's really important to be of course aware of what could harm your systems but also have a security solution that acts as antivirus but also as antimalware. Malwarebytes for Business has both features, protecting my computers from any threat and attack (exploits, ransomwares...). I highly recommend Malwarebytes, it is easy to install and set, you will be fully protected.
Sometimes the computer seems a bit slow, especially during scans but I think this behaviour is common among all security programs.

Well having using this for long time now i am glad i have it. It saves me from thinking that i need a specialist to work on my computers and laptops. Malwarebytes really does work. I am very happy with this and i am sure you will too. Go ahead and try it. You won't be disappointed. I am glad i have it. It a real life saver.
When i had a problem with my computer one night i had to shut it down. I couldn't do anything with computer. Til someone that had the malwarebytes and told me how it got their computer back online and cleared out the virus and hackers. So i went ahead to trying this. Believe me when i tell you this malwarebytes got my computer back and running like new. I have been using malwarebytes for since 2008. I will not use any other programs. This takes care of virus and hackers from trying to hurt the hardware. This program is more gear for your hardware and protects it. I don't know what i do without it. It really helps me alot with everything i use computer and laptops.
I don't any down fall with this program. It really does work and does the job to help your computers and laptops. I highly recommend anyone to use malwarebytes.

This is a great and efficient piece of software that does exactly what it says it would do. Just think of it as a supplement to your AV software as that is what it's meant to be. Not a stand-alone AV solution.
This software is meant to be used IN ADDITION to your normal, signature-based antivirus. This does a great job at sitting in the background waiting for what may be zero-day attacks. In addition, AV-Test shows that it is getting good at regular AV as well. There is very little resource drain.
Nothing. There are no false-positives or false-negatives that I know of. The software has been rock-solid for me.

Malwarebytes has been valuable both in trial mode when proposing the software to a new client and in full licensed mode when migrating many PCs at a customer site. Malwarebytes has proven itself not only when dealing with users that unknowingly click nd open questionable files, but also when user visit questionable website/download from a questionable website.
Malwarebytes has been a goto for me for several years - particularly when I am implementing/deploying and supporting new systems. I've used many other products that are not only very expensive per seat, but also have a very large installation footprint that impacts system performance. Malwarebytes outperforms other solutions in both of these areas.
The option to silence some warnings would be helpful as to not panic some non-technical users.

I would like to say Malwarebytes for Business is widely regarded as a reliable and effective cybersecurity solution for our company
I recently implemented Malwarebytes for Business in our organization, and I must say it has been an excellent addition to our cybersecurity computer system. Malwarebytes is for Business a reliable and comprehensive solution for protecting our business from malware and other advanced threats. Very excellent product for our company .
Malwarebytes for Business offers numerous benefits, but there are a few areas that some users might find as potential drawbacks: Malwarebytes for Business primarily focuses on Windows-based systems and may not provide the same level of support or features for other operating systems such as macOS or Linux. This could be a drawback for organizations with a diverse IT infrastructure that relies heavily on non-Windows platforms.

Malwarebytes is easy to use and great at keeping my computers safe.
I've been a Malwarebytes customer for the last 7 years or so. We use it for all of our home PC's and our cell phones. The software is super easy to use, and the only issue I can remember having with the software had nothing to do with malware. I had an update issue, but I used their excellent forum and was given a step-by-step walk through of how to fix the issue. My overall experience has been a great one. Before Malwarebytes, we used one of the big well known anti-virus companies where we had multiple issues and had to pay extra to get those issues resolved. I'm a huge fan of Malwarebytes because they've built a community around keeping your system safe. I feel like a valued customer with them and not just a number.
While they do offer a free version, the annual cost for the premium version has gone up considerably over the years. Initially they offered a lifetime license before switching to the subscription model like the other carriers. The lifetime license was a huge selling point for me, but I'd still highly recommend the product.
