I enjoy the most their maintenance issues feature which by far exceeds all other real estate leading softwares.Their "package" and "amenity" management is also state of the art with all the latest options which places the old timers in shadow.

They can use more reporting options etc, which I am sure will come with time as more users give their feedback on what's important to them.

Managego gives our tenants a simple platform to pay their rent and communicate with Management regarding any maintenance issues or other requests. They are also a growing software with new features implemented regularly, and integrations with our accounting program.

The integration with Rent Manager is not as tight as other integrations, and there have been some glitches in the past with the payment processing which were understandably frustrating at the time.

Assists with tenant/manager issues. Complaints are handled in an efficient manner thanks to ManageGo.

ManageGo is super easy to use and very easy to train on. We use it daily to keep track of payments, work orders and leases. The tenant app is very quick to use and it's easy for us to help show the residents how to log in and pay. ManageGo works seamlessly with our other property management software. I like that resident's are able to use the portal to submit their own work orders.

I wish there was a way to see a break down on the charges on the tenant's side of the app (i.e. an account ledger.)

This software is comprehensive enough to do what you need yet not too detailed and comprehensive where you need a college degree to learn how to operate it.

There are moments here and there where I would like an added feature, but they do not really affect the functionality and the company is always open to ideas.

the easy payment option, and the maintenance ticketing system. Ticket types can be customized and automatic emails can be filtered by user.

Our company is using this software for more than 5 years now and I honestly don't know of any cons.

Clean site, easy to navigate, with a click of a button you can see any category linked to your tenant, for example tenant payments etc.

There are no cons i can thank of in the software

Tenants pay online on our website, or through the managego app, and the customer service is really great

Nothing to dislike. This is really a software that is worth using. They are always here to help you and they keep on adding new features

We use managego to collect tenants' rent and tenants can submit maintenance tickets online and keep track of it

easy to navigate- easy to reach if there are any issues.

we had some glitches lately with funds being transferred in and out... changes in bank accounts without us being aware.

With its simplicity and ease, it is extremely user-friendly on both the landlord and tenant portals

I always don't like to use more than one program as this might result in some information getting lost between the two. However, we did have a good experience with using an API

When you use managego, your tenants have a super easy app to pay rent with and submit maintenance tickets

Ease of use, and the appealing advanced layout options and design.

They keep on adding new features every 2-3 months so there's really nothing missing, it's only getting better and better.

It's easy to track tenant payment and tickets, and it integrates with many systems including rent manager

I don't know of any cons here. this is an all around great software

How easy it is to find everything that I need with a simple click not a whole lot of navigating all over the site

unless i just need more training... i struggle to find old work orders in the system other than that i am satifisfied completely

It's a very clean portal, easy to navigate.
