A great Product and and designed with a very easy to use interface. Customer Service is great and really take all comments in consideration and keep on updating the system according to user feedback. The accounting features all of your basic accounting needs and some reports which are also somewhat customizable according to your selections. They also have great features for automating lease renewal signings etc. Their online payments also feature next day funding which is a great perk. They also offer great API integrations if you would only like to use some of their features and use other programs for different uses.
I enjoy the most their maintenance issues feature which by far exceeds all other real estate leading softwares.Their "package" and "amenity" management is also state of the art with all the latest options which places the old timers in shadow.
They can use more reporting options etc, which I am sure will come with time as more users give their feedback on what's important to them.

ManageGo's support team is here to hear your concerns and address them.
Managego gives our tenants a simple platform to pay their rent and communicate with Management regarding any maintenance issues or other requests. They are also a growing software with new features implemented regularly, and integrations with our accounting program.
The integration with Rent Manager is not as tight as other integrations, and there have been some glitches in the past with the payment processing which were understandably frustrating at the time.

ManageGo is super easy to use and very easy to train on. We use it daily to keep track of payments, work orders and leases. The tenant app is very quick to use and it's easy for us to help show the residents how to log in and pay. ManageGo works seamlessly with our other property management software. I like that resident's are able to use the portal to submit their own work orders.
I wish there was a way to see a break down on the charges on the tenant's side of the app (i.e. an account ledger.)

We are very pleased with manageGo.
This software is comprehensive enough to do what you need yet not too detailed and comprehensive where you need a college degree to learn how to operate it.
There are moments here and there where I would like an added feature, but they do not really affect the functionality and the company is always open to ideas.

The best customer support on our side and on the tenants' side.
the easy payment option, and the maintenance ticketing system. Ticket types can be customized and automatic emails can be filtered by user.
Our company is using this software for more than 5 years now and I honestly don't know of any cons.

We are very satisfied by what managego has to offer. They are constantly adding more options, and their customer service is amazing.
Clean site, easy to navigate, with a click of a button you can see any category linked to your tenant, for example tenant payments etc.
There are no cons i can thank of in the software

With its simplicity and ease, it is extremely user-friendly on both the landlord and tenant portals
I always don't like to use more than one program as this might result in some information getting lost between the two. However, we did have a good experience with using an API

Going very well for me
How easy it is to find everything that I need with a simple click not a whole lot of navigating all over the site
unless i just need more training... i struggle to find old work orders in the system other than that i am satifisfied completely

Running a vast variety of apartment buildings, condos, single story homes, and multiple studios, makes managing quite complicated. With ManageGo all complications disappeared. Implementation with MangeGo was smooth, and the software is very user friendly. Tenants barely have difficulty adjusting. The best part is that our accounting system is finally back in working order and our business runs in an organized, structured fashion.
