This lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is deeply troubling and speaks to a fundamental failure in their service model.

I was told by the representative over then phone that these leads would be screened before they come to me. The service has been bad since day 1.

I kept calling in and they kept making adjustments to my account but nothing ever changed. Most of these leads either have no phone number, bad number etc.

I wasn't even breaking even. I was putting time and effort into this, however, you cant sell someone a home with bad credit and no funds to work with.

I love their touch system. The automated campaigns are the best I’ve ever seen.

The CRM was great, as well as the automatic follow up with letters to clients. I also liked the amount of leads I received.

My experience with Market Leader over the past six months has been extremely disappointing. Despite investing $700 per month, I have not received a single valid lead relevant to my service areas.

When I made the call to get more details on the services, how it works and so forth. I was told by the representative over then phone that these leads would be screened before they come to me. The service has been bad since day 1. I figure let me give it 2-3 months, but still the same. I kept calling in and they kept making adjustments to my account but nothing ever changed. Most of these leads either have no phone number, bad number etc...It was a different excuse every time. I called last week and spoke with [sensitive content hidden] who indicated he would call me back by end of business. He didn't call that day, the next or the next. I kept calling to figure out what was going on. I had to explain every time and whoever I would get on the phone would say oh"[sensitive content hidden]is dealing with this". I finally got a call from [sensitive content hidden] today. Almost a week later. My request was to just cancel with no fee for the last two months. he than offered to switch me to a 100.00 plan the beginning of may but said I would have tp do a new 6 months agreement. Essentially It would be paying in monthly payment. I told him "why would I extend when It has been a horrible service" and I was made promises in the beginning that did not happen. These leads are not screened. 

Misrepresentation of Product

Overall I would suggest trying a different lead source because they are not what all the "reviews" say they are.Be smart and stay away for Market Leader, in my own opinion

DO NOT buy market leader!!!

I have used Market Leader for 3 months.  I am certain that the majority of leads I receive are bots.  After looking at BBB reviews, I am embarrassed that I fell for it.  This company is running a scam.

I enjoyed working with Market Leader Professional, and the platform was great;  however the quality of lead deteriorated to a point that it became an act of futility to continue using it.

Awful 

I used it as a new agent and it was good to show a “professional presence” along with the email campaigns that were basically on autopilot.  Platform was cumbersome and still today looks like 2013, but the client facing material is modern and nice.  I keep the basic version my brokerage provides but no longer use the ML Pro service.
