We had an demo call with on of their team, which was very clear. We signed up for the trial and they helped us with the setup. We've been using it for a few months now and can't fault it.

Regarding the two issues you pointed out (tasks marked complete showing back up as "Active" and clicking twice to assign a person to a task), we deployed fixes/feature enhancements to address both shortly after you published your review. 

Regarding pricing, we continue to explore options to ensure the cost of each plan reflects its overall value. As we roll out additional features, changes will be coming.  

My over all experience has been very positive. My company tried out four other client portal systems before landing with Motion. Our clients have had nothing but good things to say.

It's been great, and I highly recommend it! Bringing new clients is so much easier. 

Excellent Client Onboarding Software!

I was an early adopter and really looked around so much for something for creative designers and their teams. This fit the bill, was easy to set up and allowed me to get going really quickly. Customer service is responsive and really thorough with answers and they have YT vids that explain all platform changes. I know there are tons of other software services popping up all over, but what keeps me here is the way I can interact with my clients and manage the projects. It's not really clunky and just makes sense.

This platform is perfect for creative freelancers and design agencies!
