Poor lead management , would like to schedule automated emails and texts to specific individuals and be able to manage as in delete leases easier. Also the ability of the software to automatically update trials, and leads when they sign up.

I am happy with my overall experience.
It makes communication with members easy. The price point is good. Its payment and retail features are easy to use.
Attachments to emails to members is limited to one per message. I wish I could backdate the start of a membership.

parents like it and registrations are gold with this app. On everything from merchandise to testing events and even membership enrollment with trail links for costumer use.
There are a lot of things to work out and sometimes it's a run around to get answers and its a challenge that aspect of your business. Its most challenges honestly.

I've used several studio CRMs - MindBody, ZenPlanner, etc - and they are all, in their own way, awful. MyStudio was recommended to me by a friend, who sold the benefits in terms of clients being able to enroll themselves for memberships, and use a member app to check in. But the self-enrolment benefits are offset by accounting and reporting problems, and a lack of flexibility in membership and product types. The software probably works well for high-throughput karate and TKD dojos, and is likely geared toward them. We stay with it for now because there is nothing obviously better out there, and the hassle of switching back to MindBody, etc, would be more than it is worth.
Easy to implement. Graphic interface (dashboard) fairly intuitive. Easy to set up / sell events.
Appointments function is awful. Class types and memberships restrictive and not fully customisable. Poor functionality in reporting, leading to (sometimes expensive) billing and membership errors. Sub-standard smartphone app.

Great so far. It was vital to have it during the pandemic.
I like the attendance feature the most. During the pandemic we had to get rid of "attendance cards". No everyone gets checked in with very little issues. I also like the event and membership registration capabilities.
Glitches occasionally. One time I couldn't check anyones attendance for 3 days straight. Also loading time takes way to long even though we have fast internet. Email cpabilities are very basic. I would like more synching with mail chimp. They feel like a billing company, but they are not. We have to do a lot of money chasing when a client doesn't pay.

Overall I would highly recommend Mystudio to anyone running a martial arts studio. The value they offer far outweighs any cost to use it.
Mystudio makes it easy for my members to do just about everything they need. It makes things like selling membership, events, retail and communication simple by having everything kept under one program. With it I don't need a lot of extra employees.
The team at Mystudio tends to release features that haven't been fully developed. I appreciate them wanting to get new things out but having to deal with the bugs or missing aspects of the feature can be very frustrating at times.

The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been extremely helpful. They want to see you succeed. They are there for you if you need to reach out to them. They are just a new company that is working out all the Kinks.
They are always looking to make things better. They are there in may forms to help you through any difficulties. They also do Great seminars to help schools grow.
The software has become difficult to navigate. A lot of guessing where things are. Extremely hard to sign new people up and find the New Membership button. Suggestion: That it should be on the main page or every page. Sometimes they are extremely busy and if you need a question for a client right away it might be awhile until you get the answer.

MyStudio is a comprehensive CRM system with new features added consistently. Easy to use, onboard etc. Great value for money whether you have a large existing club or just starting out. Helpful support team albeit in a difficult timezone for me here in AUS. Always respond by email the next day/night though.
MyStudio has a great range of features at much more affordable price tiers than other martial arts software packages. Features/updates are being added all the time as they listen to what their users want. Especially great for clubs starting out who can't afford the big $$$ software packages, and really, MyStudio are always adding features to catch up with those other brands. I can manage regular classes/memberships, events such as gradings, special school holiday days and even my retail store. All this can be run online without the need for me to be continuously jumping off the mat to run POS (I'm a one girl show!)
Support Team in US so if I want contact, it is in the middle of the night here in Australia. Would be nice to develop a team in another timezone to be a "subject matter expert". They might not know everything, but would be good for initial onboarding and troubleshooting live through the chat. I want an "opt out" feature with trials. When someone signs up for a trial, I want it to convert automatically...

I highly recommand MyStudio app for all my friends who own any service business.
MyStudio saves me so much time. I used to spend with new trials so much. I needed to schedule them to come in and go over all options and sign up for the membership. It was so much. Now, it does everything automatically after I set up all emails and information customers need to have in order to be a member. All clients are able to use their mobile phones to register or know about the program through the app. It is so easy to use anywhere wherever they go.
Sometimes, customers accidentally register their trials or the wrong locations. I need to reach out to MyStudio team to delete them if I have one, but MyStudio team is always there to answer and help you with your all questions very quickly!

With the creation of new membership plans, our intention was not to take anything away from our legacy plans -- we still continue to update and add new features to them. The customer service at myStudio has been great, they can't always fix the things I want, but they always try really hard to! They are very responsive and good at keeping me in the loop on bug and feature requests I put in. I always feel like my opinion on requests is valued and that they are a company eager to learn from their customers.
I used to have everyone write me a check, give me cash, Venmo me, etc every month. Even when that was only 5 students or so in my early days, it was always such a hassle to collect on time from everyone. I now have over 50 students and I'm still growing, and I couldn't imagine trying to keep track of the logistics for so many people without myStudio. With myStudio, signing up is a breeze, students are automatically transferred from trial rates to full membership rates after a month, retail purchases are easy and self service, and we can even keep all our curriculum readily at hand for them to help practice from the app at home.
I still think the back end could use several improvements, that I am eagerly awaiting. I'd love to see the all program members view let me customize which columns it display for my participants. I'd also love some sort of integration between myStudio and Wix which I use for our monthly newsletter.

MyStudio saves me such a lot of time. I used to go through with new preliminaries to such an extent. I expected to plan them to come in and go over all alternatives and pursue the participation. It was to such an extent. Presently, it does everything consequently after I set up all messages and data clients need to have to be a part. All customers can utilize their cell phones to enroll or think about the program through the application. It is so natural to utilize anyplace any place they go.
Was somewhat hard to on-board understudies, however was most likely because of my comprehension of the product.
