Customer service and availability of the MyStudio team has been exceptional! Through the set up process to the day to day running of our business, their team has been willing to listen and help at every step. We are very pleased with the value MyStudio adds to our business.
MyStudio has allowed us to seamlessly register students for events, enroll students in classes, manage students rank progression and sell merchandise through multiple point of sales avenues. Their easy to use landing pages have helped us increase our bottom line and streamlined our registration processes.
There student database is not as robust as software systems we have used in the past. Exporting the student database to create lists in a spreadsheet does not include values that would be very helpful. User interface is sufficient but uninspiring.

MyStudio took 8 separate services, systems, and softwares and combined them into one product for a fraction of the cost.
The ease of use, implementation, and constant development of their roadmap make this a piece of software that brought our business in-line with the leaders in the fitness industry in terms of accessibility and use of technology.
Like all SaaS products, it is not "one size fits all", so when you run into an issue their CS chat function takes a long time to get a response. They do have knowledge articles, but they're pretty basic at this point.

Overall I would highly recommend Mystudio to anyone running a martial arts studio. The value they offer far outweighs any cost to use it.
Mystudio makes it easy for my members to do just about everything they need. It makes things like selling membership, events, retail and communication simple by having everything kept under one program. With it I don't need a lot of extra employees.
The team at Mystudio tends to release features that haven't been fully developed. I appreciate them wanting to get new things out but having to deal with the bugs or missing aspects of the feature can be very frustrating at times.

It is a very simple software that doesn't complicate or confuse you. Everything is organized and easy to find and get to. We learned the system ourselves just by clicking around and trying things out. It's definitely affordable too! Exactly what we needed as a small school
some features like transferring memberships and changing payment prices weren't possible for what we were trying to do.

Really good system, easy to use and very affordable for the quality of the product.
Easy to use and always being improved. App is good for students ( but a little clunky for check in.
Work flow and Email marketing/ lead nurture. Rankings and achievements, would like this to be more flexible and allow us to track achievement “tips” or awards. Checking in on the app. Seeing the number of classes students have attended.

MyStudio is a comprehensive CRM system with new features added consistently. Easy to use, onboard etc. Great value for money whether you have a large existing club or just starting out. Helpful support team albeit in a difficult timezone for me here in AUS. Always respond by email the next day/night though.
MyStudio has a great range of features at much more affordable price tiers than other martial arts software packages. Features/updates are being added all the time as they listen to what their users want. Especially great for clubs starting out who can't afford the big $$$ software packages, and really, MyStudio are always adding features to catch up with those other brands. I can manage regular classes/memberships, events such as gradings, special school holiday days and even my retail store. All this can be run online without the need for me to be continuously jumping off the mat to run POS (I'm a one girl show!)
Support Team in US so if I want contact, it is in the middle of the night here in Australia. Would be nice to develop a team in another timezone to be a "subject matter expert". They might not know everything, but would be good for initial onboarding and troubleshooting live through the chat. I want an "opt out" feature with trials. When someone signs up for a trial, I want it to convert automatically...

Great customer service, innovative and forward thinking development team. My experience with MyStudio has always been positive and pleasant from the onset.
The interface is well thought-out, easy to use, and the features are always evolving. Great value for the price.
There are very few cons; but even with that, their development team constantly improves on them.

Overall I like My Studio.
Simplicity and not price gouging. Fairly easy to work.
It could use some more features to make it better. Checkin system would be nice to see the students attendance days they came in right in front of your eyes on the main page.

I enjoyed my time with MyStudio and I know there are some issues but for the most part, I'm happy with the product and plan to renew for next year.
I love the customer service, with all my dumb questions they are always patient with me and get to the bottom of issues. The format is super nice as administrator, for client management, automatic payments, the trigger for late payments, email us (how its also sent to other emails so I don't miss it), the website template, and billing schedule, the cash flow, and many more features I can't list at the moment. I can't imagine running my business without it.
Updates - I would like more notice of any updates to the software, like via text or email. This notice is to double-check the client's accounts to confirm the payment is correct. For the website template, I would like the option to run google ads but it requires coding which the website template does not provide. IF MyStudio can fix that issue that would be great! The processing fees, I think the...

I would say the overall experience has been good, and I am very happy I made the choice to switch to MyStudio.
The thing I liked most about MyStudio, in the beginning, was the low cost of entry. Once, we implemented the software the customer service was nice, and the software has grown and added new features which are all also nice. The other thing I am quite happy with is the fact that I can get payment processing done as well as get the expensive credit card machines out of my gym.
What I haven't liked the most has been the slowing down of the customer support, especially as I am a white label member (which is supposed to be like VIP) and sometimes I find it difficult to navigate.

Met all my expectations and when Covid hit the team at mystudio went all in to do everything they could to help and give us ideas how to retain customers and gain new ones. They immediately implemented features to help with online classes and more.
-The ease of use was number one and honestly the price was unbeatable. We pass on the fees of the credit cards to clients which actually pays for our annual fee to use the software. -Opportunities for a self service check in process saving on labor -Customer history with options to communicate via text with clients in real time through the software -internet Based so can be used on mobile device
We are a dance studio and the features are geared towards martial arts; however, the features work great for us. We do a lot of drop in classes, loading those can be cumbersome. Wished the copy class feature copied the times so when i load the month of classes i don't have to load every class time

They are good people on their way to making a great product. I just can't use every part of the system. Big promises with slow delivery on the software.
Affordable. Easy online customer management and billing. They were just starting out and so was I, so it was a good fit.
The attendance tracking, email, and SMS communication tools tracking software are basic and need more development to work. The scheduling software user interface is just ugly and unusable. I am currently paying for mailchimp, acuity scheduling, and taking attendance manually to get the job done right. The custom links for online registrations often come up as 404 not found. I'm now at a point where I can easily move to another CMS and enjoy more developed software if the price is right.

At 1st I wasn't impressed as I used the lowest tier. After upgrading and using the website creator things started taking off. With the upgrades they have been updating it seems to have made things way easier. I love it and will use it for the upcoming schools we will open.
I 've been working with this system for a while and tall the software I used before, it's way more user friendly and the price point is way better than those like rainmaker. The integrations are just what any dojo owner needs to make things easier and streamline.
There are a lot of features so it took a while to navigate and understand where things where. But it seems like they are always working on improving the work flow for customers.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team have been fantastic. Like any other software or apps, there are bugs but they work with you each and every step.
I like that it allows my students to access curriculum, events etc. One of the biggest plusses is that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team are always building and making it better.
That there is a little back-end work. There are some features that other CRM have that MyStudio does not have, but that's ok. For the price and the functionality of MyStudio, hands-down winner.

We were a single unit user and then joined an organization that used the software so we chose to migrate our information over to the new organization’s format. There were some major challenges. It was eventually all corrected but not without the frustrations. Spent way too much time in the process.
The initial start up cost is relatively inexpensive. Setting up payments to pass on credit card fees was a game changer. They are continuing updating features.
Everything on the back end needs to be done on the website. Formatting is challenging. Merging accounts is not that simple. Sometimes email campaigns once set up doesn’t send so you have to redo the email message.

I am very happy with this software. They are constantly adding new features (which I have to learn) and I know that I am not even using half of what they offer. I got on early so the price was right and I'm glad I made the jump into this century!
For someone who is computer illiterate, I am able to navigate through this software and get what I need accomplished. You can't beat the customer service!
Anything computer related is difficult for me so creating memberships, moving my students into the database and learning the functions is hard for me but customer service walks me through every step so at least there is that!

The software is relatively easy to use. It has a great price. It's easy for my students and parents to utilize and it helps keep me in touch with all of them. Had it not been for my studio during the current pandemic I would have had to close my doors.
Sometimes finding certain features is a little cumbersome on the business side.
