Terrible time keeping arrangement, very slow to update, time cards are somewhat difficult to manage or adjust. Some clock punching do not register.

Overall, Oracle was very straight-forward and easy to use. I have used at least 3 or 4 Management tool packages and feel Oracle has been the best one so far.

Well, Integrated software. I like the Finance part of this more than the manufacturing.

When everything is setup and trained, it's worth it. In the meanwhile, better you invest time in the initial configuration.

It was ok, I did not like that some of it felt out dated and very complex instead of an integrated system easier for backend users.

Oracle's software is powerful, especially their databases and ERPs. They handle large-scale operations and security really well. However, it's no secret they're expensive and can be complex to manage. Plus, their sales approach isn't always the most user-friendly.
