Its too complicated not user friendly-- Absolutely the worst service online I have ever experienced.

Obviously you as a customer do not matter enough to provide you with a working customer service phone number. I do not and have not ever had access to my pay stub thru Prime Pay.

PrimePay in general has been very responsive to our needs and requests.  Having worked with multiple payroll companies in the past, I appreciate the large array of features combined with high touch customer service.  I definitely recommend them.

I would say my overall experience with primepay is good

Neutral experience with the implementation of the new HR platform. 
It was way more work than we were led to believe. 
Only about 5% of employee files from HR3 were transferred to PrimePay HR, when I was told multiple times that everything was complete. 
Never received links to recorded training sessions after they were complete. 
Very minimal training.
No idea how to run a decent report. 
Not sure who are support staff is after implementation.
Support tickets are still not getting answered.

Prime Pay has been servicing our payroll needs for all most 10 years and we have had a favorable experience during our time with them.

There were some bumps with tax reporting and check delivery, which Primepay has been working diligently to correct.  I have seen significant improvement in their processes.

A couple of years ago I would have given PrimePay 5 stars across the board.  I loved the rep I worked with, they provided timely assistance and our payroll was a breeze to submit and approve. Then in the last year that all changed, and I would have been giving them 1 star across the board.  No longer did I have a designated rep.  No longer did I receive timely responses.  And no longer was my payroll a breeze to submit.  Every single thing became painful to do and it felt like pulling teeth to get anything done.  If you tried to call you would be on hold for hours but it could be days or weeks to get a response to an email.  We were at the point of contacting alternative solutions so that we could go on to fire them when they sent out an email apologizing for their horrible service and outlined their plan to approve.  Since we had 5+ years of amazing service and the horrible service had only been going on for about 6 months we decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves.  So far we are glad we did.  Customer service is not back to where it was before the drastic change. And with no longer having a designated payroll rep I honestly don't know that it ever will.  But payroll is no longer painful to run and you can actually get ahold of customer service and get a response/help in a timely manner. I hope that they continue on this pay and get back to being a superior payroll provider in the coming months. 

Was an amazing vendor then went down hill

Today, [sensitive content hidden], My experience with [sensitive content hidden], my Client Support Rep today; She did such a Stellar job with my payroll call today.  This is the very first time I have been treated with extreme patience and kindness. She was very thorough and knowledgeable when calling in my payroll and ALWAYS had a nice, pleasant voice.  She is the best BEST Payroll Rep I have every had the pleasure of speaking with.  I hope to have her again on my next call or in the near future!  Please keep her happy and you, as well as ALL clients will be satisfied and happy to call PrimePay!  Thank you again! 

Great Client Support Rep!

Overall PrimePay has been easy to use with minimal issues.  Most issues have been since 2022 and forward.  The issues we had has been taken care of and fixed.
