Great Events Management, Fundraising and Processing Tool

Used for end of year fund raising events to manage ticket sales, cash flow and accounting features

Pros

integrates with Bloomerang (CRM), manages online giving, tools for forms, great customer service

Cons

unable to avoid duplicate names during credit card processing from QGiv into Bloomerang ... ex/Jane Doe vs Jane C. Doe

Excellent Product

We had a wonderful experience with Qgiv. Their customer service was so helpful and were there to answer any questions. They were knowledgeable of the product. The software was so user friendly and fit our needs perfectly.

Pros

The ease of use, the cost, and their customer service staff.

Cons

There were some functionalities that we would have liked to see.

Online Giving At Its Best

I did utilize customer service a couple times who of course were very helpful and saw me through a couple questions in connecting to our website.

Pros

The software is user friendly. in that it is pretty self-explanatory when you read into it.

Cons

There wasn't any issue with me not liking even a small part of it.
