QuoteWerks is a web-based configure price quote (CPQ) software solution which enables companies of all sizes to create, edit, and view quotes and proposals online. As a web-based solution, QuoteWerks gives users the flexibility to access and manage quotes on the move using the web browser on any desktop, laptop, mobile or tablet device. QuoteWerks facilitates complete document management, allowing users to open, edit and create documents through the web. Document templates aim to help users to create documents more efficiently. Document editing tools allow users to insert new line items as well as set line item properties, attributes, deposit amounts, and shipping amounts. Users can also lock and unlock documents, change the DocType, and move single or multiple lines in the quote. Security restrictions ensure that users can only open and edit quotes, fields, or cells to which they have authorized access. The inbuilt QuoteWerks contact database centralizes contact information, thereby helping users to search for and retrieve contact information easily. Users can also search for contact information stored in ConnectWise, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and other connected systems, and locate products in native or distributor databases. Supporting quote delivery, QuoteWerks enables users to preview, print and email quotes online. Other web features include label customizations, column heading customizations, and line item coloring, styling and formatting management.
