It was a tool that made it easier for us to attend to the different processes or moments with which we interact with the client and through any channel.
The follow-up of the cases by client and from any channel through which they want to contact us. It is very easy to use and covers the different fields to evaluate customer interactions. It integrated very well with our ERP.
I have not used the chat, as it does not meet the needs of the business. It is necessary to have reports of the integration of WhatsApp messages in order to obtain functional and quality KPIs.
