The product is so easy to use and after a brief tutorial in the beginning, we have all learned the product as we use it and it was such an easy transition. The attorneys are finding it easy to use as well. It's great that it's a Cloud-based product and that helps when having our office files backed up. They are safe on the Cloud and we don't worry so much about lost data. Customer Service is fantastic. The intuitive part of the software is my favorite and makes my job so much easier.

Sometimes, I wish there was a "help" button when you are trying to do something or perhaps if you can't save something on the screen (red line). We don't always know what it's looking for. The manuals have been great, but don't always want to have to look in them. I would also like to be able to delete very old vendors. Some have gone out of business or passed away.

It is user friendly and relatively easy to navigate and the customer service is exceptional!

Creating certain reports can be a bit difficult and there are not enough report views.

I did not like anything about this software.

I don't like the layout. It makes it hard to find things on my own, without seeking help.

What I like most about Soluno is the ease of use. The program is very user friendly. It makes keep track of your time and dockets very seamless and quick. I also really appreciate the fact that there is an automatic spell check on all your entries.I also like how easy it is to access all client information including trust balances, in just one click.

There isn't too much that I dislike about the program. If I had to pick something it would be in regards to billing. Sometimes the program takes a while to produce PDF statements. I wish that if you looked at your draft statement as a PDF you could just make the corrections/changes directly on the PDF. Also when reviewing statements, It is quite inconvenient when you make a correction but it goes back to the top of the list so you have to search for where you left off.

The customer service team at Soluno is fantastic! They are ALWAYS keen to assist and resolve any issues as they arise. I really enjoy that Soluno is developing and growing with its lawyer clients, listening to what we really want and working to implement those solutions. The system is easy to use and navigate and errors are easily corrected.

There are things that are glitchy sometimes as they continue to build and develop. Customer service is VERY responsive, but some issues are more of an annoyance that shouldn't happen in the first place.

I love the fact that this product is very user friendly, functional and makes sense! All the reports and documents are in pdf format and you have the option to convert them to excel if needed. This product has saved me so much time and energy that I feel like I've won the software lottery!

This software is very user friendly. The tabs and flow make it easy for non-computer people to use

I’d like Recurring entries please! This would allow for additional productivity improvements for users

The software is very intuitive and user friendly. One of my favourite things about Soluno is that my version is completely cloud based so I have full piece of mind that I will never lose data and is being backed up in real time and also that my clerk can log in from home and update the books. A cell phone option is already included so I can docket in real time straight from Court.

No real cons although I am excited for the additional features planned for the future including more additions to Soluno's "heat map", calendar view to break down docketing, per day, per month, per year. I am looking forward to being able to record my meetings and full schedule in the same software.

We love the Cloud accessibility and once you are familiar with how the system is organized, it's fun to use.

I still struggle with the automatic generation of Form 9A, and I don't find it obvious how to find the reports that I need. I don't find the tabs and the options that intuitive.

Conversion was seamless; the product is generally user friendly; it is Cloud based so it is accessible from anywhere; its features are constantly being updated.

Reports cannot currently be customized other than to export to excel. There is a delay at times while multiple transactions are processing.

The ease of using it, locating what you need.

At the moment, it is too early to say, hopefully, after one more semester of use, I will be able to provide additional feedback from it.

Soluno is very user-friendly, it is easy to maneuver through the different modes and reports and it provides all of the detail and functionality that you would expect from a more complicated program.

There is very little not to like. There were some minor challenges with importing data and getting it set up as we wanted but overall, even that process was pretty seamless.

It is a modern tool, and the support is almost always immediate and very helpful

It is counter-intuitive without the accompanying manual. It is geared to US law firms so most of the pre-programmed codes are irrelevant. Most annoying are (i) the inability to change change out rates across a file instead of manually changing each time entry and (ii) inability to charge for a fixed period of time eg ignore time for April, raise a bill for May: cannot be done.

It is a huge improvement over PC Law. More user-friendly, more intuitive, more stable, and being cloud based is essential. Customer Service has been great tweaking the program for my particular needs.

Nothing so far. Customer Service tweaked aspects of the program that did not meet particular needs in my practice. They did so quickly, and to my complete satisfaction.

Cloud based software. Easy to use. Excellent support. The employees have the knowledge of bookkeeping that is very essential to me. Lots of options to customize reports that are suitable for your industry nature.

Perhaps to develop some more queries for certain reports.

There are some glitches and features that we would like to see added. We understand it is a new software so it will take time

I like that I can access it online. I also like that it allows me to see my productivity level and allows me to compare my dockets for the existing month to my past dockets.

I don't like that I cannot change the invoices on the Invoice tab.

The software is easy to use once we get the hang of it. We previously used PC Law and that was a nightmare. When we need to speak to someone from customer support, they answer almost immediately.

Applying a discount to a bill and allocating it to different lawyers is very complicated.

What I like the most about this software would be the heatpad.

What I would dislike the most about this software would be the formatting when generating documents.

Fast, efficient and easy to use. Everyday tasks are easy to complete and the transition to this program was very smooth.

Once you get the hang of the program is it a great program.

The product is easy to load and learn. Its on the cloud.

Some of the information and ledgers from previous software are not available

Soluno was extremely supportive as an Educational Partner providing free training, software to students and support website. Each student had been set up with their own Law Firm on the Soluno Server System.

Software is easy to use. It is very intuitive, especially, if you have previous software experience. Additional Educational Resources i.e. sample transactions would allow for a more comprehensive review of Soluno; however, the information provided by the educational partner was very helpful.

Very straightforward and easy to use. Help is available.
