Customer support is excellent and I feel that they really do try to implement suggestions. The innovations and changes from this past year have been impressive.

I had a few hiccups and am still learning how to get around. Overall, I found great help and their software training is available on Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays which help a lot.

I did like the feature on another software product we used that made graphs really easy to make and use. For a visual person like myself, that is helpful.

It has recently really improved. It is easy to learn, they have great customer support and it works really well for the price.

Lack of graph making- which could be user error.

Big biller is perfect for working with clients, since it integrates with external CRM services, further expanding the results.

Over my (almost) two years there have only been a few times that we needed support, each time I was disappointed with the availability to get someone on the phone / response time on email.

The interaction with external APIs is extremely limited. Being able to download and upload data with various fields and mapping is restrictive.

I have been with Top Echelon for 6 years and have never had any issues with it. Took me about a week to really get used to it at first. It may take some people less time since I'm an old man. LOL.

It is what it is for now...  It gets us by, but we will have to upgrade soon.  I am going to need something that has a complete staffing package that can do my payroll as well, and track all of my HR information. 

I appreciate the price for what I consider a better product.

BB is such an upgrade to the FileMaker system we used previously. However, the parsing of jobs is slow and a lot manual cut/paste.
And, as mentioned, lack of the audible reminder is a hindrance to my desk, personally.

Cheryle:                                               Hi, my name is Cheryle and I'm the owner, founder, and recruiter for a healthcare IT recruiting firm. I would give Big Biller, a 5 out of 5 rating.
                                                       I have been using Big Biller for close to 15 years, so it's hard to remember all of the other applications that I looked at, but I do know that I was using ACT and it did not work for me because it was not specifically designed for a recruiting agency like mine and Big Biller was quite a bit less expensive than ACT. I know I've also looked at Salesforce. I think some of the other applications that I looked at years and years ago aren't even around anymore.
                                                       I decided to go with Big Biller for a number of reasons. The first was the fact that the application was designed by recruiters for recruiters. The support was tremendous. They allowed a 15 day free trial, so it gave me two weeks to look at it and figure out if it would work for me and my agency. And they also helped me initially with my website design, which, as a new business owner, was a tremendous help.
                                                       The onboarding process with Big Biller was easy, super easy. Their staff was there always, 100% of the time to support me. It was basically 24 hour support, 7 days a week, so whatever I needed, they had someone there to answer my questions.
                                                       It was also very easy to upload resumes. They have a process which they call bulk resume upload. So, it was very easy to integrate my work, my resumes, and what I needed to do into Big Biller when I first started.
                                                       I recommend Big Biller all the time to people. My advice for someone starting out with them is to take the 14 day free trial that they offer, take the two weeks, look at it, make sure it works for you. But then after that, if you decide to go with them, just sit back and relax, because I promise they will do everything to help you ease into this application with no stress at all. They are there for you 24/7. Whatever questions, whatever technical support you need, they will help you with. Their support is one of the best things about them.

                                                       Before I had Big Biller, I had Bullhorn services for about three years, and I also explored several other database management choices. However, I chose Big Biller.
                                                       I chose Big Biller because of the ease of use. Also, I was the Top Echelon customer. I enjoyed their webinars and known that Big Biller had been in business for a long time. And then, once I received a demo of Big Biller and then compared it with Bullhorn and the other services I was looking at, there was no question. The price was cheaper, and the service was better, and you can't beat that.
                                                       To integrate Big Biller into my company was very, very easy. I had Bullhorn in the past, that was very difficult, but Big Biller, it seemed like I always had it. As soon as I started the trial, I began utilizing the service, and then once I was able to get my data migrated, it's been a win-win all the way around.
                                                       I recommend to anybody that needs a CRM to check out Big Biller because it's really easy to use, really inexpensive, and I think it's the best product out there. I looked at several different CRM choices, and the choice was not even a choice. It was really easy. I recommend you take a look at Big Biller. You'll really like it.
