Troquecommerce is a tool that changed the way our company sees its own processes. The tool is intelligent, easy to configure, and doesn't let you do anything that doesn't make sense. From the first moment, this made us confident in using the tool (which is rare when using new software). It's very intuitive! I recommend it with my eyes closed!
Troquecommerce is an intuitive tool, with its own expertise, and this helped us to better understand our own process, and organize demands accordingly. We recently started using the Digital Account, which has also greatly speeded up the processes for refunding amounts to customers.
As a suggestion, I just think there could be more integration options with ERPs to generate return invoices automatically.

Service and support are also very agile, always innovating and bringing new solutions, we are very happy using the system that evolves along with our store.
Troquecommerce was the turning point in our company, we used another competitor that was much more expensive and did not evolve in the way that e-commerce needs nowadays. Troquecommerce brought innovative features that made our daily lives much easier, such as product exchange with stock reservation, digital account for refunds and integrated Return Invoice
