Ability to track multiple licenses and certifications is of great use for our organization. The notifications are also a great feature.

Sometimes toggling between screens can be cumbersome and can create some redundancy. Being able to do a mass update of similar certifications (without involving your dedicated rep) would be beneficial.

The fact that you can submit ideas for improvement and if the idea is accepted there is no additional cost associated. Plus the ideas for improvement will be available for all VAIRKKO users worldwide! Now that is quite a commitment to continuous improvement!!!

I have only been using the software for a short time but have yet to find any cons! So far so good!!!

While MS Excel is good for lots of things - we're happy to help you get out of paper copies for tracking training, that's exactly what we like to hear! Continue to provide feedback if you find anywhere the system could need improvement because you are exactly right, there is no additional cost to implement your ideas if we approve the project. I liked that it was very affordable and flexible in payment options. I very much liked the ability to fully brand with our logo and color choices inside the software so when our users login they see our colors and logo. The quality of the initial and ongoing support that you receive is exceptional. I've gotten same day replies and resolutions. That is almost unheard of in the IT industry - at least the IT industry that I have experienced.

It doesn't flow as well as some of the others that I demo'd.

I like how the staff can easily tell when they’re getting low on supplies and you can even send your supervisor a reminder on the system to say you need something.

One thing I don’t like is the email part on the website itself. It’s lengthy on how to go about deleting emails on there.
