Zenskar's automation for billing and revenue recognition has been a true game-changer. It effortlessly generates contracts with customized pricing models from HubSpot deals and streamlines the entire downstream billing and revenue workflows.

Not that I recall. Their support team is fantastic—always prompt and helpful, whether it's over Slack, email, or Zoom.

Zenskar is an excellent solution for our usage-based billing requirements. The platform offers great flexibility and integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce and Xero systems. The support team is always accessible via Slack and provides valuable assistance.

Not much to mention. Whenever we encounter a bug, we report it to them via Slack, and they promptly resolve it.

User-friendly with a simple setup and excellent support. The APIs are powerful with automated connectors with our databases, offering us the flexibility to meter usage any way we want and bill for it. The robust RevRec tool also enabled us to generate accurate financial reports.

Zenskar is a good tool for automating our recurring subscription model. It also automated our revenue recognition per ASC 606 standards and created journal entries, eliminating manual work. Integrations with Sage and Stripe have smoothed the billing and revenue recognition process for us.

Zenskar is flexible enough to handle our usage-based pricing with uplifts and overages. It automated our entire billing workflow – integrated with Salesforce, so any quote created on the platform automatically created contracts on Zenskar, integrated with Redshift to aggregate data, and NetSuite to sync journal entries for real-time revenue recognition.

I don't have much to complain about. To configure complex contracts, I sometimes have to contact the Zenskar team. They respond quickly on Slack and resolve my queries in hours.

What I like most about Zenskar is its ability to handle billing for any pricing model. Our sales team create different deals for enterprise customers. Zenskar automatically picks up the deals from HubSpot and automates the downstream workflows, such as billing, collections, and revenue reaction. Some minor bugs here and there, but we have open communication with the Zenskar team via Slack, and even a year into using their platform, they fix bugs raised by us promptly.

Zenskar has streamlined our entire billing process. It integrated with our HubSpot and QuickBooks accounts, fetched contact information directly from HubSpot deals to create contracts, and synced journal entries to QuickBooks. The platform is highly flexible, enabling us to configure contracts without additional coding. Their support team is incredibly responsive and quickly assists over Slack whenever needed.

Nothing to dislike. They have really gone above and beyond to give us the best experience. Their team is also extremely knowledgeable and helped us streamline our rev rec calculations.

Zenskar is a much-needed solution for our hybrid sales-led/product-led growth model. I appreciate how their flexible platform allowed us to configure usage-based pricing with all the different tiers, discounts, commitments, etc., without involving engineers. With their no-code integration with HubSpot and usage data sources, we were able to automate our entire invoicing and collections based on real customer data. The real star of the show was Zenskar's Rev rec module which handled real-time revenue recognition for us based on accrual accounting principles, synced it with Quickbooks, and helped us to close books faster.

We ran into some minor bugs initially, but they were lightning-fast in addressing them over Slack. They've even built a couple of specific little features we wanted. Can't be more happier on that front.

Zenskar's platform automated the complex contracts, and the invoices can now be generated in a matter of minutes. Kudos to the Zenskar team!

They actively seek feedback on UI/UX and usability, making continuous improvements to the product. Hence the issue arose has been resolved or given assurance to be resolved.

The high availability of support and their desire to learn and be improved, which is the most important things in a startup at its beginning
