They are so good at what they do that you rarely need to take advantage of their support - but when you do, they are there for you, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
There is some functionality which is missing. I cannot delete a status which may have be attached to an application in error.
Also love the ease of pulling out quick reports , such as for EEOC. The time it has saved our HR dept. has been well worth the cost.
The only thing i dislike is the timeout policy. The site will timeout every 45 minutes even while in use for the security purpose.
I have had so much fun in my role as a recruiter and thanks to ApplicantPro I have been able to expand and grow as an individual and flesh out a career path that excites me.

It's nice receiving Business Partner support from all levels, but yet have dedicated Success Managers that can offer guidance on system optimization.
Their customer support is excellent. The reps have been very helpful & timely in their responses.

The pipeline way of tracking candidates is awesome, and also the integrations with other platforms to make assessments and to be aware of the progress of each candidate was really good.
It happens that candidates are mistakenly moved to a wrong stages (while dragging and dropping) which messes up with statistics. Or if we move them back and forth based on the situation.
Great product, great price and the usability is TOP. This is really easy for the company and the features are really well designed.
The only problem is that if the same person applies to many different positions, the stars don't give a truthful image of the candidate.
It's been really nice to be able to own and create a really professional jobsite, that's easy to maintain and update. Over all a good tool for bot recruitment and employer branding.
I find the data quite unreliable/hard to adjust to, so i'm hesitant to use it.
It is very user friendly and the teamtailor team is constantly improving the tool with new features. And the support is very helpful.
We work with freelancers, we should be able to avoid "stealing candidates" one from the other.
We use the system slightly unusually, but we make it work for us. We love the ease of use and how helpful the support team are.

It was a good experience like i stated the customer service was always great they were always willing to help and sometimes we really miss that with our new ats.
If you don't save the job on that particular screen, all that information will be lost (even though every other aspect of the job set up does not work this way).
I used a number of different CRMs during my 15 years in recruitment and I have to say that this is up there with the best. Very user friendly and easy to navigate.
There were no features that would be considered "Cons" of this ATS.
RecruiterFlow's greatest asset is their responsive support team. They are clearly working hard to develop a useful product in a somewhat crowded marketplace.
Enterprises need more interrogations and offer management is missing. The software can be hard to understand at first but when you get used to it you adapt to the interface real quick.
In summary I really enjoy using it and it does not feel like another system on top of our working practises, it is seamless and a very useful tool to have.
Automatic update of candidate profiles based on their changing LI profiles. Limited possibilities to tailor the jobsite to our needs.
Software is very easy to use, lot of impressive features and great integration with LinkedIn.
Customer service is highly responsive. All in all, amazing value for the money.

My overall opinion with Talent reef is that it is a good software for helping with hiring.
Customer Service is slow to respond to needs when having a problem with the system. The customer service team seems to hit and miss on consistency in service.
The customer service team is great when treat them with dignity and respect. I have also enjoyed the over intuitive nature of this product.
The process to release an applicant is extremely difficult. There is not an alert to let the person who posted the job to alert that there are new applicants.
TalentReef has good reporting capabilities, and invested sales and development teams. They have made modifications that improve ease of use and onboarding.
The CRM is virtually useless, as records cannot be imported to EXL or CSV and lack an operational sort method.
Customer support is attentive and the initial set up for our company was well supported throughout the process. Talentreef works extremely well as solid ATS option and has a very good UI in this area.
They cant seem to figure out why jobs are not being pushed to the job boards, time and time again. As the customer, have to be the go between Talentreef and Indeed to find out what the problem is.
The hiring and onboarding process for the manager is user friendly. This gives the manager the ability to focus on other important tasks because they spend less time on paperwork.
It does not offer half the features that Indeed, Glassdoor or Linkedin do. You have to enter all your information and there is no way to simply upload a resume.

I spent about a half hour on an application, to only be kicked out suddenly. This app is a waste of time and I would have never used it.

The price is insanely good and the ATS has been very good for us. Definitely best value for money.
This is inconvenient as we sometimes have multiple recruitment campaigns going on at the same time. There's always the possibility of needing to upload more than that.
Excellent experience to this day, the best part is that they keep adding new features like the Mailchimp integration and listen to our feedback, so I'm excited to see what is coming next.
We would never use manatal again, it was a waste of time, money and all the energy of the CVs uploaded which we will never get back unless we pay.
Recruiting is now easier, candidate database management is super efficient as the system identifies automatically the best suited candidates and presents them to the recruiter.
So you have to upgrade which makes it the same price as other (better) products or delete the vacancies which is ridiculous & loses the history.
Being a fast-growing company, we are constantly on the lookout for outstanding candidates.

This app is very easy to use and has excellent search capabilities, also easy to customise. Very good tools to follow my recruitment projects and then to monitor performance of my time.
No Dark Mode - For every application I use and utilise dark mode due to bad eyes. Unfortunately this is not available for Zoho Recruit.
Zoho has many good features that simplify the Hr recruiting process. One great benefit is the resume tracking tool, this is especially useful when one wants to go back to a prime candidate’s info.
The customer support from this company is horrible.
Most of all I liked the Blueprint, which tells you exactly what you have to do for each applicant. The tool provides a nice overview of the stage applicants are in.
The features can be confusing. Sometimes there are almost too many features to choose from, at least for small businesses.
Its feature rich, user friendly and best bang for your buck if you are a start up.
Missing portfolio management and resume management.
It is feature rich, and I would like to start testing their job site plugins and advertising feature set next. So far it is by far the best tool for the price that I have tested.
Zoho is a ATS with good cost benefit, because it is very easy to work and it has a open API.
I like that its automation functionality. It was easy to implement, and now I have have an overall picture of all our recruitment activity.

I was worried because when I moved to MaxHire in 2009, my data was a mess.
It's been an overall great experience and the product continues to evolve with great new features and benefits that we actually use. I highly recommend it for any other growing search firm.
Very difficult to get the support when you need it, and there is limited training information available. There pricing is on the high side for the level of product you get.
Easy to use and easy to collaborate. The tags are helpful and I love that I can BCC emails and have them upload on a candidate's profile.
But I've been asking for my resumes for 3 weeks and instead of offering me a refund or anything they almost blame me.
I like the simplicity of this Applicant Tracking System. Not the kind of ATS on mainstream but is worth your money.
If you miss any letter or misspell anything you don't get anything you are looking for in your search. It has caused us to make many duplicates and think that information isn't available.

Initially we struggled on the temp side as it didn't allow us to input an hourly rate, only a day rate.
The software is reasonably priced and does the job. It's easy to use and if you have an issue they have a great support team to help.
As with all software there is in initial learning curve, but once you are past this I would say I have no other negatives I can think of.
Before purchasing it I had no idea how good their customer support was. It's quite frankly excellent and an example of how any customer support should be.
There is no in-built document editor (but we have found a simple workaround for this) and some of the reporting took a bit of getting used to.
The candidate experience has been great using the online portal and it has improved efficiency in terms of moving candidates through all the workflows as well as streamlining our GDPR process.

My overall experience with Workable has been great. It's easy to use and has a lot of amazing functions to help with our recruiting process.
I don't like how it seems so easy to accidentally bulk email the wrong candidates, or email a candidate when you intended to leave an internal note.
It was easy to understand, has many useful features, super simple to integrate, fast to implement and is very cost effective.
Customer service so far has been a bit hard to communicate. It maybe a rare occurrence, no more after more usage.
Workable customer service is very prompt and polite, and always resolve our questions and inquiries quickly and with great advice and support.
Its basic, wasn't able to schedule send emails and in app emailing function was a bit confusing sometimes.
I totally recommend this platform to anyone (from small teams to large companies) looking for a sophisticated hiring platform at great value for money.
I dislike how, even after many years of using the tool, I still don't know how to log in from the website, I can only reach it from a link in my email.

I really like the Jobvite website, the ease of use, the features that are available and the ability to communicate within the website to both the recruiter and the candidate is excellent.
I felt it was very confusing to use and not so functional.
This product has good interface. It's best suited for small to mid-sized companies looking for a simple, off the shelf product.
The customization was limited. It seemed difficult to navigate multiple requisitions.
Customer service is key, feeling like you have a team behind you to help and provide accurate information when you have any type of question, concern or configuration issue is the best feeling.
Sometimes the layout on the back end can be confusing.
I am mainly only using the simple, common features of Jobvite, but it's been very effective for these functions. I love the speed and simplicity.
Multi level menus for tracking candidates can be confusing. Commonly interviewer is scrambling to find resume of candidate and job description.

It’s usability is excellent and the speed in which you can conduct virtual interviews makes it the best of its kind.
The inability to have "sub booths", inability to schedule times.
Also the video capability is great and the ease of "picking up" candidates to chat with. The feedback form after every chat is also a great function and easy for a campus recruiter to pull.
Sometimes if you have intermittent internet connectivity issues, you cannot chat and it can become confusing for the candidate.
I love the ease of use for both parties. I love that we can take notes and notes can be reviewed afterwards.
Training lag time was difficult for me during the week.
I recommend this platform to anyone looking to host virtual events. The candidate management system is fantastic and gathers all the information you need and is fully customizable.
The cost is the only downside, but you also get what you pay for.
Brazen has some really great tools and features that we use on a weekly basis to help us connect with candidates. The platform is definitely user friendly.
Brazen has been a great asset to Ascension, especially while recruiting through the pandemic.
We begin working with a sales representative that offered excellent customer service. That service has continued and we have much success with using this platform for virtual recruiting.
Brazen has provided outstanding customer service and support, including a monthly call with our account representative.
Brazen is a great tool to utilize for virtual events, which is the world we've been in for the past 7 months. The ease of setting up a virtual event is priceless.
The integration into our existing processes and ease of use are my favorite features of Brazen. The FAQ feature on our chat-bot really enhanced our recruitment processes.

The kanban board feature makes it really easy to find where people are in a given pipeline. There are some really good Integrations as well with popular tools like Zoom.
The customer service was quite poor and was a major driver to me leaving for another recruiting system.
This product is very powerful. I like the career website, I like the workflow that is built in, and the onboarding task lists.
I don't feel that, there is some feature missing yet.
Love the ease of use, setup, intuitive settings and user friendly dashboards. Very little explanation needed for this product.
Some basic features are missing, like the company tree, which makes no sense not to have, especially when you can see a tree for an individual employee.

You need to go through several pages do cancel your subscription and although your impression will be that you are cancelled, most likely you will be charged still.
Each time you need assistance with anything, the company has an amazing customer service response and the speed in which they respond is amazing.

I found it very useful and straight to the point. Its helpful and it can help you minimise costs of hiring.
When we tried to cancel our plan, they still billed us for additional month saying we did not cancel.
Pros: Kanban style progress through applicant tracking system, fast paced development of new features and integrations, fantastic support, great prices.
The mobile app broke many times for us and wouldn't work at all for weeks, then got fixed. Hard to find candidates we didn't go ahead with.
A lot of technology for a very nice price. Overall we're satisfied and we like the improvements that Recruitee is constantly making.

I like the candidate layout & stage progression. It's very easy to use - and easy to tag managers to keep everyone on the same page.
Ease of use, intuitive, number of integrations, very helpful support.
We are able to customize everything to fit our needs and making changes is easy. I am not the most technical person, but this system is easy to navigate for even me.
Overal it has been very smooth and positive. It has allowed our organisation to double in size in 2 yrs time.
Even when something pops up that I need help with, the customer service team is readily available and has been amazing to work with.

The workflow function has saved me so much time and effort, and having all applications go to one place has pretty much changed my life. Value for money is outstanding.
There were times at the start of using the software that the vendor took a little long to sort the problem we had an issue with. But this only happened once.
Lastly, if you ever have a user question or an idea to improve the program the, support team is friendly, efficient, and genuinely interested in helping you.
There is no playground where I am able to complete tasks.

At this stage (Sept 2019) there is no update from JobAddder as to when they will be able to integrate with the UK Job Boards in the same way as Broadbean etc.

The alternative is to switch the application form back on however we risk candidates not applying for vacancies if they are not able apply easily via the Job Boards.

Actions which would have taken 30 minutes or more are now completed in minutes. No more juggling spreadsheets, figuring out who has spoken to whom, or cutting and pasting from emails.
My favorite things about HiringThing are the ease with which I was able to organize applicants, the huge amount of time it saved me, and the quality of applicants I was able to recruit.
Lack of really any in depth features, search, workflow customization. But I'm not looking for that at this time anyways.

I would have to say errors that I can't wrap my mind around. For example, some people get the Application submitted e-mail and some don't.
We recommend it primarily to hiring companies, since it will undoubtedly be of great help to carry out a much more advanced management of job interviews.
User experience design is the only downside of the software. It took me a while to find my way around the application.
The ATS is well designed, well-engineered and works perfectly for every aspect of the business requirements and the team is excellent. On top of those, it is cost-effective.
Sometimes it gets slower but I guess its maybe due to server or network problem.
I have been fascinated by the excellent work that the platform does with the recruitment of my company.
We like everything there is nothing we see as disadvantage.
The supporting team is very helpful with good ideas. We can change our career page, which is very important if you have lots of employer branding events.

I like that the search features are super useful. It’s nice to be able to use search functions to find people assigned to different staffing representatives using select statuses.
We hated that our leadership chose to host the solution instead of going with the cloud base solutions. It was costly and it was very inefficient for us.
Avionte tech support is outstanding, also the staff is very friendly. Reports are excellent, and back office workflow is workable.
I feel our struggle has been with the consistency of the overall program. We have had a lot of trouble with little glitches inconsistent resume forwarding, feedback forms, etc.
I was so excited to work with them and was promised efficiency, seamlessness, and ease of use. Once I had signed my contract and started the implementation phase everything changed.
It attaches unemployment to whatever the employees current branch is instead of to the assignment to which the claim was filed, and there is no report or log to show activity on unemployment's.
Avionte is helpful with my CRM needs. It does allow me to keep solid notes on all my current clients and potential clients.
Reporting is very convoluted, you have to combine many queries, export in order to get some basic key data. Lack of API is frustrating.
The integration and customization on this tool is great.
The current version does not work well on cell phones and tablets.
Overall great experience. Makes my day of reviews easy and quick when working with a specific client.

I love the customizability of the software. I love that my company can do most of the work on our own without having to wait for Avature to configure.
We do not know we have certain features (and it only takes them a minute to enable it) until we ask or raise a struggle to Avature. Could be a frustrating experience.
Their all features are awesome and gave best service in return of their subscription plans.
That I can not configure everything. And the queue time to complete a project is very inconvenient.
Overall, it's been a great collaborative experience with the Avature team, particularly during implementations. Our solution specialists have helped with creative ideas to our unique business issues.
You have to pay for each and every little change. The way clients are managed is different too based on your acocunt level, so your customer service can vary widely.
Avature solutions are excellent, their CRM allows us to streamline the candidate engagement process, and their email capabilities allow us to personalize our communications with leads and candidates.
Depending on the level of package your organisation has, you can be limited with some of the features i.e. using your own customized tabs, not having it integrated with your applicant tracking system.
You can use it for really any Recruiting, Onboarding and even Off-Boarding use case there is. Great tool and great support.
It also allows for application processes to be simple and quick. I also love the settings that allow a user to see previous application history, as well as check progress on a referral.
Avature is very user friendly and allows for customisation their competitors not often offer, making it a good option across several company needs.

Furthermore, Avature has and is willing to build custom integrations for many 3rd party initiatives should their clients be interested in integrating say, a dialer, or, other data source.
The system also integrates well with our employee management system for onboarding management.

Depending on the level of package your organisation has, you can be limited with some of the features i.e. using your own customized tabs, not having it integrated with your applicant tracking system.
You can use it for really any Recruiting, Onboarding and even Off-Boarding use case there is. Great tool and great support.
It also allows for application processes to be simple and quick. I also love the settings that allow a user to see previous application history, as well as check progress on a referral.
Avature is very user friendly and allows for customisation their competitors not often offer, making it a good option across several company needs.

There is no need for 3 part apps, with additional costs, and while some features have additional costs within Avature, the value is superior to those with 3rd party Apps.
Furthermore, Avature has and is willing to build custom integrations for many 3rd party initiatives should their clients be interested in integrating say, a dialer, or, other data source.
The system also integrates well with our employee management system for onboarding management.
I love the customizability of the software. I love that my company can do most of the work on our own without having to wait for Avature to configure.
We do not know we have certain features (and it only takes them a minute to enable it) until we ask or raise a struggle to Avature. Could be a frustrating experience.
Their all features are awesome and gave best service in return of their subscription plans.
That I can not configure everything. And the queue time to complete a project is very inconvenient.
