Interview With Adam Brimo, Co-Founder and CEO of Mijura

GETAPP.COM: Who are you and what is your role in the company?

BRIMO:I'm the Co-founder and CEO of Mijura however I also do lots of support and software development.

GETAPP.COM: Can you briefly present your management team?

Adam Brimo is a Software Engineering graduate from UNSW, the 2011 Choice Magazine Consumer Activist of the Year and a recipient of the prestigious 2011 UNSW Alumni Graduand Award. Adam has a wide range of experience across sales, web development, software engineering, social media and marketing through his work with some of Australia's leading organisations. Prashant Varanasi is a Computer Science graduate from UNSW, University Medalist and a developer at iPodSoft. Prashant has a depth of experience in operating systems and software engineering through his work at National ICT Australia.

GETAPP.COM: Are you a cloud or a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company?

BRIMO: We are a software as a service company and our flagship product is PriorityCentre.

GETAPP.COM: How do you use and promote usage of cloud computing?

BRIMO: We have worked with multiple cloud hosting providers to ensure our software is delivered quickly while being cost effective for our customers.

GETAPP.COM: What are the points of difference of your solutions?

BRIMO: PriorityCentre is a huge leap forward for managing both technical and non-technical teams in an organisation. It enables team members to see exactly what their colleagues are working on, collaborate on tasks, share files and track their time and progress. We also aim to make your meetings more productive by automatically converting meeting minutes into tasks and keeping your team in the loop with notifications.

GETAPP.COM: How would you like to be evaluated by a prospect?

BRIMO: Our software is generic enough to meet the needs of a wide range of organisations and we offer a 1 month free trial on all of our plans. If you are looking to make your team more productive, informed and transparent then we've got the product for you!

GETAPP.COM: Why do your customers buy from you?

BRIMO: We provide fast customer service, reliable software and we are always open to suggestions. Our customers have generally looked for an easy way of managing their team that feels logical and allows them to collaborate naturally.

GETAPP.COM: Can you mention some of your key clients?

BRIMO: We are a fairly new company however we already have many customers worldwide. Our largest key customer is the University of New South Wales in Australia.

GETAPP.COM: What do you see as the key trend emerging in the industry?

BRIMO: There is definitely a move towards software as a service and I think this move will become more apparent over the next few years. Large companies are starting to adopt SaaS and are realising the benefits of enabling their employees to access their work and keep in touch from anywhere in the world.

GETAPP.COM: What is THE most important message you feel you should get across to someone considering buying your solutions?

BRIMO: We offer a great way to help your team stay focused on their top priories, keep everyone informed and organise your tasks and meetings. We pride ourselves on our customer service and provide a fantastic product at an even better price.
