This article about the Top Ten Influential Women in Marketing on Twitter was a tough one to write, not because of who to add, but because I had to choose who to leave out. In the course of my research I found so many amazing business ladies who know their marketing stuff. Here are my top ten (I could have easily made it 20 or 30!), follow these wonderful women, enjoy, listen and learn from them:
Kim Garst is a Forbes Top Ten Social Media Women Influencer, CEO of Boom! Social and author of The Quick and Easy Guide to Branding your Business, Creating Massive Sales with Pinterest and her latest is Will the Real You Please Stand Up: Show up, Be Authentic and Prosper in Social Media.
Lilach Bullock is the co-founder of the newly formed CommsAxis digital marketing (along with Dan Purvis). She is a Forbes Top Twenty Social Media Women Power Influencer and co-wrote Images that Influence, Twitter your Business and Zero to Targeted Marketing with Sarah Arrow.
Mari Smith is a social media strategist and is particularly influential in Facebook Marketing. She is a Forbes Top Ten Social Media Influencer and author of The New Relationship Marketing and co-author of Facebook Marketing: An Hour a Day. She is known as the Pied Piper of the online world!
Rebekah Radice is a social media speaker and trainer, founder of Imagine WOW a digital marketing and strategy company, an Inman Top 100 Most Influential Leader for 2013 and 2014 and the author of How to Use Social Media to Virtually Crush the Competition.
Peg Fitzpatrickis a social media strategist, She is editor-in-chief of 12 Most, a dynamic community of influential, globally-renowned writers & business experts. Her first book The Art of Social Media co-authored with Guy Kawasaki will be out in December.
Lynette Young is the content marketing manager for AWeber and a trainer and speaker in all things marketing. Her speciality is Google+ and she is the author of Google+ for Small Businesses and has over 1.5 million followers on Google+.
Sandi Krakowski is a Forbes Top Twenty Social Media Influencer, a Facebook expert and the CEO and founder of A Real Change International, an online marketing and branding company. She is the author of #BEMORE and offers classes and courses for businesses.
Amy Porterfield was the content marketing team manager and oversaw social media campaigns for Tony Robbins, she teaches SMBs how to leverage social media for greater exposure and is the co-author of Facebook Marketing All-in-One for Dummies.
Viveka von Rosen is a LinkedIn expert and a speaker and trainer. She hosts the regular Twitter chat #LinkedInChat and is the author of LinkedIn Marketing: An Hour a Day. She also co-moderates LinkedInStrategies which is the biggest LinkedIn strategy group.
Stephanie Sammons is the founder and CEO of Wired Advisor to help businesses to build a digital influence online. She is a LinkedIn Top 25 Social Media Expert You Must Know and is a recognized speaker, author and thought leader in the digital world.
