Pros and Cons from Email Meter Enterprise users
+11
It's been very good overall, especially every time I have contacted the CS team. Everyone is very open to feedback and it's good to feel heard.
So it's a little difficult to guage the workoutput of an employee without know if they were 50 outbound email exchanges with one customer or 50 unique outbound emails with 50 unique inbound emails.
The integration of email meter into our business was seamless and I have found it to be very user friendly.
The one main issue is that it is a little difficult to distinguish unique inbound and outbound emails in the count.
Overall our Email Meter experience has been great, quick customer service, reliable platform and valuable insights.
The only thing that we had problems with were some of the limitations that Google put on our email routing solution.
We are very happy with the visibility we have into our email response times.
The filtering can be problematic and time consuming.
When I had a question, the team was responsive, informative, and timely. The data was useful and allowed us to understand our email and business practices on a team and individual level.
What I liked best as the admin was being able to see my whole team's data side by side to see amount of emails for each person.
It is incredibly easy to use and gives me an excellent way to track our customer service response time.
It's very simple and you can start analyzing in now time. Plus customer service is "good.
Email Meter has been great for us to manage our customer service and account management team.
The features of this software are very easy to navigate. They've helped us throughout the process to make sure the components are compatible to what we're needing within our team.

I have been using Grow for a few months now and have been very pleased with the results. The platform is easy to use and provides comprehensive data insights that help me make well-informed decisions.
Certain fields will pull in errors when refreshed. Specifically timestamped dates which mess with filtering.
The support is always super fast and helpful and they are happy if you tell them which features you'd love to have in the future.
Sometimes text widgets will just "disappear" after I have dragged them onto the canvas. I haven't been able to establish a pattern, but it's kind of inconvenient when it happens.
They add useful features on a regular basis and have an amazing support team that is quick to help with any issues that arise.
This may already exist and I am unaware of it.
The customer support is very helpful, and they will not only help you solve your problem, but advise on best practices - helping you learn how to work better in the software.
Have heard its limited but have not come across that for my usage.
If you’re going for a platform that can be easily scaled at a palatable price and don’t have substantial teams of coding experts, Grow is the perfect sweet spot for your organization.
Great experience, I use it everyday and it gets the job done on time and looks amazing.
I am able to track data in real time and I am obsessed with numbers, I love that it updates and integrates with the databases I use.
At the same time, they were working to improve the software so that I could easily do what I wanted in the future without the extra help.
Grow was a perfect solution to all of these challenges. Their transformation “apps” within their builder allow users with limited SQL knowledge to apply all manipulations needed to datasets.
I love how easy it is to make a no nonsense graph that anyone in your organization can understand also is great for managing large data sets and compacting them to a palatable field.
This is perfect for all API connections and platforms.
I've liked grow, it was easy to learn and continues to be easy to use.
The UI is smooth and easy to follow, and the customer support will help right away if there are ever any issues.
Their new data explorer functionality empowers end users to further manipulate and analyze data. All this at a competitive price point made Grow a perfect solution for our business.

This amount of user behavior visibility is crucial for locating friction points and improving the user experience. Super love this feature.
It takes a few seconds to load the video, so I miss the action I was trying to look at.
The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.
If I remember correctly, setting it up was a little difficult in our environment because of our stack.
I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.
I really struggle to find problems. Maybe sometimes the speed of the platform is a bit slow and takes time to load a video but as said, it’s really a minor thing.
We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.
Track the User session and watch them use your product to identify there pain points.
I love the whole concept of the software. It’s amazing to watch a customers entire journey through our website.
It also helps determine where there are issues in your funnel and what a potential solution might be to improve it.
Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.
Full story is so easy to use and protects user privacy also which was a concern of mine. Its a easy to set up through segment and their customer support is there if you need any help.
Search is amazing, also the video quality is great.
FullStory is helping us immensely with UX/UI research and how to improve our app. It also helps us with customer support because we can easily identify what a user did and where he ran into trouble.
It makes the process way faster because we don't always have to re-create the scenario to see what happened. Another major benefit is that it helps us understand the psychology of our customers.
Amazing for customer support. The ability to video replay a client's session UI/UX as soon as he opens a trouble ticket and immediately understand what exactly happened is invaluable.
FullStory has been a really useful tool for analysing the user experience on the Website.
Really helpful for finding bugs / improving your product UX, the pricing is way too high for the value.

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.
We were fortunate enough to use a trained consultant to do the implementation and now we have a fantastic solution even through getting there was not smooth sailing.
Lack of direct integration to the PSA tool. We struggled with bringing all of the contract details into the PSA and associated project.
In all cases, the ability to customize to unique business needs, far beyond something like Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics, is fantastic.
And when you realise that a lot of what you are paying for is really very poor and that you have to buy additional software/SAAS to make up for it's shortcomings, it is even more expensive.
It makes certain things accounting wise very automated and easy. Integration features are amazing.
It still has the same old clunky "out of date" UI, very limited change is made in their annual updates - it remains very dated and Netsuite never address the key lack of functionality.
Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff. Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts.
The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.
I use it on a daily basis and its very useful for quick reports and billing. I find it very helpful when I have to raise a large number invoices at one go through the upload.
I am sometimes disappointed with the "out of the box" product, meaning there are some things that I would think are standard, but they end up costing more.
Really good for accounting and easy to use the basic features.
Perfect for Subscription and SaaS Model Businesses.

I love that the tool is so easy to use and it turns data into a manageable and easy to digest appearance. It manages to make data fun to look at, and it's really easy to work with.
I'll say that it was really frustrating to use in the beginning, it is complex and if you've never been in it before it is overwhelming.
I also like the fact that the company is always striving to improve their software as it shows dedication to the field. With every update I find that the new features help with my job quite a lot.
Due to my lack of familiarity in how to code, I was uncomfortable at first and found it difficult to learn.
Linking existing databases works like a charm. It has a plethora of data visualization methods which is extremely professional and helpful for users to gain valuable insights.
What is even more annoying is that it also takes several minutes to cancel a query. I really don't understand how it can take that long just to cancel a query.
One of Tableau's greatest advantages is the ability to connect to many different data sources and combine them into one nice dashboard where users can find the necessary information.
Tableau can be extremely painful to set up, especially if you are setting it up in your own cloud or on-prem.
You can see an overview of your data as soon as you upload them and you have many fantastic options to visualize your data for better interpretation.
It is easy to get started and there is a ton of free training available. The pool of users is great and the community is very helpful to new and existing users.
When all is set after implementation, the dashboards actually look really good and are of beautiful designs.
I really like what Tableau provides as a service, and it's a really good data processing alternative that I would highly recommend.
Overall is this a very user friendly software with a ton of amazing features.
It's a great product if you can afford it, it has a lot of data connections, Unlimited data connectors , Live and in-memory data, great dashboards, Drag-and-drop integration.
This is an extremely budget friendly professional tool that is perfect for organizing undergoing a digital analytical transformation.
The design aspect is good and easy to refresh and upload data. I like how there's a community form to ask questions.
Tableau is a very widely used visualization software with a good population of business user having familiarity. It is easy to use and integrates well with most of the data sources.
Overall, Tableau is worth the money if you are looking to bridge the gap between project performance and data analytics.

Tableau is a very widely used visualization software with a good population of business user having familiarity. It is easy to use and integrates well with most of the data sources.
Overall, Tableau is worth the money if you are looking to bridge the gap between project performance and data analytics.

It is super convenient to be able to pull information straight from your other cloud-based software in your business. As long as you have good data, your reports will turn out well.
The reports can be difficult to create and sometimes you run into issues when combining data from multiple databases.
Having all of my data in one place to compare and use to make important business decisions is a nice change.
Sometimes the formatting in Excel is a little strange, you cannot get all the data to export in one line, it usually takes two lines which is not ideal.
Easy Insight connects to so many data types and sources and provides such a wealth of visualization choices that I am certain we could find a myriad of use cases.
EI provides essential business metrics for us, and allows us to expose some otherwise hidden data to our customers.
A Lifesaver for Schools During Distance Learning.
The ease of use and simple but robust user interface. It provides a simple non-cluttered way to get the most out of your company's data, and all in one place.
We love the support from EI too, whenever we need a customized report or feature, the EI team is quick to respond and provide us with the solution.
The platform is easy to get onto. That said, it still helps to have an expert come in and take things to the next level.
These tools are big and complex, and getting good reporting is always tedious. Our clients now have tools that allow them to get the data they need from the sources that matter.

Everyone that I have worked with, from sales through support has always been prompt, polite, and most important, very helpful.
We built our own report for doing this. Also, with it being entirely java based on the server side, it can have some problems with garbage collection.
Creating custom expressions for those fields that you need within a specific mapping. Amazing visually and gives you a great end result.
The cons are that the reporting does take a while to load, which can be frustrating.
Great tool for reporting with multiple data-sources. Easy to use, excellent customer service.
Version 4 has been difficult since we migrated to SQL.
Ease of use and user friendly best for price/performance ratio.
Of course this requires an experienced person to set up the data mappings first, but once that is done, inexperienced users will have no difficulty getting the data they need.
The customer service is extremely responsive and the software itself is constantly be improved and enhanced.
This software is easy to use and makes report writing fast and fun. I use it on a daily basis, easy to import into Tableau.
Deployed with Informer 4 and upgraded to Informer 5. Love the overall look and ease of use.
Of all of the 3rd-party software the College uses, Informer has by far the best cost-to-value ratio. It was relatively easy to implement and is easily picked up by non-technical users.
Easy product to integrate and use. I enjoy the ability to use datasets.
I like the fact that Informer is able to connect to various databases which makes reporting seamless to the end user. We are currently using it for unidata, SQL and mySQL.
Intuitive, easy to use with a lop of very powerful features.
We've used Informer for over 10 years and the product of today is far superior to what we started with.
They are much easier to configure, their display options really allow the user to provide a new way to display decision making data for executives.
Informer consistently saves us over 40 hours a week in report generation. We use it to audit, and integrate and report and it provides for our Business Intelligence needs.

Pros and Cons from Tableau Connector for Jira users

It's great to finally have the ability to link all our boards from different development teams.
The software is difficult to use without a deep understanding of Tableau.
This app turned out to be easy to use, I do not need any developer's or IT specialist's assistance after the app has been installed on our Jira Cloud. Scheduled refreshes were important for me.
More options for data manipulation should be made available.
The data provided is accurate and the integration with Jira is great.
I have encountered difficulties when setting up and configuring the Tableau Connector for Jira, particularly if they are not familiar with data integration or Tableau software.
Ability to share the connectors inside the app with other colleagues working in Jira and to create connectors based on the existing ones instead of doing it from scratch every time.
Useful during the development of a dashboard in Tableau.
Using Tableau Connector for Jira has given me the ability to visualize and analyze Jira data effectively, though the setup and need for an additional Tableau license were a bit of a hurdle.
Users of Tableau who want to examine and visualize data from Jira can benefit from the Tableau Connector for Jira.
Real-time data synchronization ensures that users have access to accurate and up-to-date information, which helps them make informed decisions.
Connecting JIRA is easy but navigating all the information takes some time to get used to.
The software eliminates the need for complex coding or data extraction processes, allowing users to easily connect Jira data to Tableau for visualization and analysis.

It's easy to use, easy to plug the two softwares together, and the documentation was really helpful for anyone getting started. The extended free trial has also been super helpful for us.
It has been difficult for us to find scalability and some integrations have given us errors.
I liked the easy configuration and friendly support which was really helpful. A lot of Jira data is available, including custom fields which were crucial for us.
It’s sometimes frustrating that there are a lot of different chapters to be checked and sometimes are creating confusion.
Data analysis presentations is superb. It integrates all required ranging from data analytics software to spreadsheet all in one tool.
I didn't get notified when the license was expired. Or maybe I just missed it, but it wasn't clear to me).
It makes it possible to carry out analyses in a fairly simple and efficient way. Power BI is a software use and useful to do data analysis, Business analysis and Intelligent Business work.
Reading on a custom report data from Jira, Tempo, and Insight combined, solved our biggest invoicing problem.
Good solution of keeping track development costs.
Easy to use and reliable solution to export Jira data, including custom fields and Tempo fields.
One of the features we liked most is the advanced filtering option with JQL, as thus we’re able to select the needed range of data to be exported.
Advantages: Power BI Connector for Jira is a data analysis software that makes it easy to have presentations and different types of data visualization in the form of graphs, histogram, dashboards.

Overall, EIP is a great product. The company is professional, responsive and flexible...we are very satisfied.
I do worry about the long term upkeep & remembering how to add certain items to make the system behave as I need it to.
EngageIP is a great system, and looking back at the handful of other things we considered am very pleased that we took this route.
Deployment is not that much easy and it is hard to adapt the management panel.
It's met our needs for years and their support team has been very helpful. In cases where we found complicated bugs or needed feature additions, they were very responsive.
From a business partner point of view the company is professional, responsive and flexible and we could ask no more of them...very satisfied.
