Very effective and efficient survey management tool, with flexible data output for analysis outside the platform as needed.

Pros

The reporting and analytics are very flexible and straightforward.

Cons

Before 9Lenses updated the service, the process to publish, test and distribute a survey was a little complex, but they have streamlined it now to solve those issues.
