Pros

Myself and my team love the software and perhaps with a few minor tweaks, it will be perfect.
The ease of use and seamless implementation of client's data for output gave us great value, and as a result we received stellar kudos from our client.
It took me about 30 minutes to get a handle on the software and then I was off to the races. I use it on all my client calls and reporting is at a nice, polished level my clients love.

Pros

Wonderful Abtrac staff to work with. The technical staff are excellent - professional, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and extremely helpful.
Real time cost of projects, collection of WIP, ability to write on and off against projects, invoicing and reporting functions are fantastic.
It is very user friendly and logical to use. The support staff are easy to contact and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

The dashboard is widget-based so you can customize each client account dashboard (and give them limited access) using drag and drop.
If you're an agency not using this software then you have probably developed your own platform or you're missing out.
I can be expensive, and they need to have another pricing tier between the 15 and 50 plans because I'm stuck on 15 and don't have near 50 which is the next option.

Cons

The speed can be slow, this is also what i hear other staff complain about also.
Sometimes a bit of a pause when the internet isn't going well. Having to log in when you've been doing something else is a bit of a pain at times.
Adding addresses is confusing - e.g. if you use the post code line, it does not come up in the address.
