Pros

It's ease of use and scalability is amazing. Our service has been stellar with a Solution Engineering a text chat away.
Ability to set, monitor, and receive emails for alerts. The dashboards are great and useful too.
The customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have a question, I send an email to my contact and in minutes I have a response.

Pros

Very pleased with Proof. I saw the potential of it right away and have been very happy with the results.
I like how easy it is to setup and the customer support has been positive.
It was very easy to use and is very effective. We've seen a good ROI from using it.

Cons

A downside is that it can be hard to independently refresh the data streams when there are ETL issues on our end.
Interface not intuitive for non-engineers. Lack of complex roles, permissions, templating, and governance features.
M using Anodot as NOC Engineer for detecting and monitoring real-time problems on production env.

Cons

Since there was no mention of being charged once the trial lapse, I didn't do anything. A little more than a month later I find out I have been charged twice -- Aug/ Sep, 129$ each time.
But after charging my account, there was little or no regard to check in on why I was paying charges for the highest subscription plan when the pixel code was still not implemented.
Would also suggest a slightly more thorough review pre-deploy. We've notified you of a few bugs this year (i.e. no space between customer name etc).
