Pros

It's ease of use and scalability is amazing. Our service has been stellar with a Solution Engineering a text chat away.
Ability to set, monitor, and receive emails for alerts. The dashboards are great and useful too.
The customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have a question, I send an email to my contact and in minutes I have a response.

Pros

I really like how great our rep is at Spoke. She is full of energy and very helpful.
Amazing tool for everyday working-life with amazing customer service.
This software is so great for working with a help desk, at least from the user's perspective.

Cons

A downside is that it can be hard to independently refresh the data streams when there are ETL issues on our end.
Interface not intuitive for non-engineers. Lack of complex roles, permissions, templating, and governance features.
M using Anodot as NOC Engineer for detecting and monitoring real-time problems on production env.

Cons

This helped with first time response by using the AI & our existing KB. User adoption is high as they just need to state the problem and not choose a bunch or categories and priorities.
Spoke gives time back to our users who would be otherwise burdened with a variety of questions during ramp up and team movements.
Merging requests is a minor piece that is missing currently. I know that SPOKE dev team will work it in.
