The pricing is too overpriced in my opinion.

Apify is extremely convenient and offers a full suite of open-source scrapers as well as a cloud platform to run those scrapers on top of. The IP rotation feature (Apify Proxy) is essential for any productionized scraping solution. On top of that, the entire platform is very dev-friendly and a pleasure to use.

It takes time to understand the full range of services and products that they offer. But for those who need web scraping, it's time well spent.

I love the flexibility and ease of use for the software. I'm still learning everything that is offered but the ability to write in VS code and then push through GitHub and auto scrape my results is very handy.

There is a good amount of documentation however I found it easier to go to google to search for other documentation.

I don't thing anything is least liked by me in Apify except pricing its expensive otherwise its all good.

Ease of use to start and actor. Plenty of documentation available. Quick response times from customer support.

More transparency on current updates. For example, there was a bug in Apartments.com actor. It took several weeks to resolve. It could be easier for a user to see if other users are experiencing the same or status on the fix.

Working with Apify opened the door for a new era of more effective development and data extraction and processing. As a pleasant side effect, it gave us the opportunity to reach out to broader customer audience.

Apify core devs are sometimes so agile that it makes it hard to keep track of all the new features released.

It almost has no limit on what you can use, things you think will not be extracted will be extracted. Pics, docs, anything, even what you think you won't need.

Everything depends on your usage and your field

Apify is very easy to set up for your project, scrapers, APIs, actors, and more are very nice and work perfectly always!

Pricing could be a bit better and some actors take a bit to load, however, that's not Apify's problem. Besides that, everything is fine!

I really liked the onboarding process. At first, it might look a little bit complicated, but I promise, after some time it's really easy to use!

Web scraping can be difficult and complex, and solutions are often costly and hyper-targeted. Apify gives a no-code option that works efficiently and gets out of your way. So easy to add into a workflow.

No export to Google Drive option. There is .csv which just makes it one additional step to store somewhere my team can access. My guess is, this will show up someday soon anyway!

I was literally up and running within a few minutes. No need to learn new coding languages or skills.

Everything has to be handled via html/jquery. A visual builder would make things even easier and help prevent data errors.

Pre-built actors make it really fast to get utility out of the platform fast. I like that in addition to the premade actors that I can utilize the platform as a developer and build out my own. The different guides they make for their actors are also extremely useful.

The company developers can be less responsive when filing issues for an actor. They do not seem as friendly when responding.

If you are looking for extracting data look no further. Apify has given us quality data at our terms.
