The customer client chat functions are easy to use and an employee always responds back to my questions or concerns.
The dataset (produced by the software) is clean and is easy to wrangle.

Apify has increased my productivity multifold. The scraping function works well and there are a lot of scraping services available. Service is speedy as well with enough ram available.
Automates workflows, and connects various API's. The web/data scraping really makes my life easier, especially when integrating into my website via API. Storage is pretty decent as well.
Pricing could always be better. The free tier is good to try and works well without issue. There could be more pricing options or pay as you go options would work really well.

It's positive, the tool is well designed, it's possible to fork template and get started with almost everything. I wwas able to bypass google sheets ip restriction thanks to it
I liked how easy it was to get started, the apify team supported me from the beggining to the end of the development, it help me make a perfect solution for our use case in juste a few hours

The developers whose apps I've use have taken care to make sure they are working, and relatively straightforward to use for someone with less technical know-how (like me!)
It isn't always clear how much money I'll need to spend to get a certain outcome (scraping by memory isn't the clearest metric for what the output will be)

Speed of data scraping and no technical skills required. Results are downloadable in multiple formats, and support is also great. I was able to get data i needed without developer.
I could not get complete data at first, so I needed to try multiple times. But in the end, it was solved thanks to support team.

Much cheaper and quicker than otherwise writing scrapers yourself, built for business-critical reliability and scale, marketplace for developers, facilitates proxies as needed.
UI could perhaps be modernized (i.e. dark mode?), bit of a learning curve that could be more of an obstacle to usage for some.
