Pros

Pros

The return on investment has been outstanding. Swell is an awesome company to work with.
Ease of use and immediate results. Customer support is very helpful and want you to succeed.
Swell has been a great interface to increase our reviews for our new business. The site is easy to use, the campaigns are clear and the invitations are very user friendly for our patients.

Cons

Swell CX immediately solved my problem of collecting feedback and reviews. No longer a worry or lost opportunity.
When you do that it takes reviews away from google and Facebook. I probably had 30 people review me in swells platform which is completely worthless because no one can see them but me.
We had a snafu that sent review requests to a lot of our older clients who have left the practice, and some left negative reviews.
