Pros

Pros

They have good SEO integration and well designed, modern looking plugins for your website. There customer support is fantastic and they always inform you and will walk you through any updates.
I really appreciate the platform's intuitive user experience. It's simple to navigate, and the support from our Customer Support Manager is outstanding.
I would recommend Trustpilot to businesses as it can be a great way to show prospective customers what you're all about on a website that is very well respected.

Cons

Cons

All Total AV had to do was to say that we didn't buy their product. The invoice we received from them was in the form of an email, and that email was lost when their product destroyed our computer.
The only thing that does bother me a little is that its hard to get negative ratings changed due to malicious competitors.
One the things that bothered me the most was that some of the reviews were shady and I didn't know for sure if it was the competitors trying to make the company feel bad or just a disgrunted user.
