Pros

You know you made the right purchase decision when both you (product), your designer (ux) and your developer are extremely happy with a product. And that’s exactly the beauty of Appsee.
This is the biggest pro. I think they have a long way to go but definitely a great idea and a great start.
Integrating Appsee in our app was one of the best business decisions we’ve made, it’s that good.

Pros

The efficiency of Centercode is fantastic. Once people experienced it, they recognize the efficiency and great tools and options and love to make use of it.
First, and foremost, the embedded customer service feature is fantastic. I also appreciate the ability to customize welcome message (HTML capable), and email templates.
It is easy to respond back to them with our findings and solutions. Centercode support is extremely friendly and helpful anytime we have questions for them.

Cons

Their customer support was the WORST I have ever experienced from any company. They have no regard for you the customer.
Absolutely terrible experience using it on Phonegap.
None due to instability, it actually damaged our offering.

Cons

The import process is cumbersome, and does not work well with large amounts of data.
As a child of the internet age and very tech-savvy individual, I don't usually have this problem with other software.
This has led to a large reduction in negative experiences downstream after product launch.
