Pros

Great customer service, love their desire to continue to improve their product.
The tools that we do use are useful for including within in our reports and a great starting point to find the right sites and properties our campaigns should be in to reach our target audience.
Ease of use is significantly better than Nielsen.

Pros

The accuracy of this data has been a huge time-saver for the restaurant group, and we have a better idea of how profitable we are day-to day.
Marketman has a beautiful user interface with robust reporting that allows granular tracking at an item level.
Great tool that needs more refining for ease of use.

Cons

Does not provide much variables to collect data in comparison to Adobe and Conviva. Data collection with comscore is very limited.
Not the easiest tool to use; requires some training.

Cons

Although overall MarketMan has helped our business it has also been disappointing in its failures.
Before MM my inventory was really bad and once I discover this app everything felt into pieces.
The system works well, but when someone else has set it up, it can be difficult to find your way about the items in the program.
