Pros

Great customer service, love their desire to continue to improve their product.
The tools that we do use are useful for including within in our reports and a great starting point to find the right sites and properties our campaigns should be in to reach our target audience.
Ease of use is significantly better than Nielsen.

Pros

Mozenda works like a charm and a pleasure to use. It doesn't have the steep learning curve of other web scrapers.
Ease of use and the ability to have the help desk resolve all issues- quickly.
Ve been very happy with Mozenda and would recommend you give it a try.

Cons

Does not provide much variables to collect data in comparison to Adobe and Conviva. Data collection with comscore is very limited.
Not the easiest tool to use; requires some training.

Cons

I hate that if I cancel my account then any existing page credits I have disappear.
Difficult to "debug" to understand why things are not working as expected.
The problem with the documentation is really just that it's hard to find how to do more advanced things.
