After 2 years I left because we were never able to fully launch.

We did a soft launch with 5 clients who actually had access to Databox databoards. It was a constant headache. Clients asking for databoard repairs because the metrics and temapltes provided by Databox were always broken. We tested for two years and left. I am not convinced they are even a real company at this point. Constant issues, they always play the victim, and they can take months to fix a critical issue.

Pros

It's easy to embed a databoard into your own member portal.

Cons

Advice: try any other company first. Databox will waste your time and your money and give you a headache. Review rant: After 2 years of trying, we were never able to fully launch Databox with our clients because there is always another issue with Databox. Their templates break, individual metrics stop working. Their support team blames the client but then when Databox is informed the broken metrics are included in the templates they made, then they act all confused and pass along the blame. Meanwhile days to months go by. One issue with them took two months to fix. Meanwhile this was a huge issue that prevented me from even testing the platform with clients. The issue did not allow me to choose individual Facebook or Instagram accounts. Databox would by default pick the first IG or Facebook account on the list. So when trying to create a Databoard for a client, we were unable to do so until they fixed the issue. This took them almost two months. I emailed them about it like 10 times as well over the course of the month. Most emails were ignored. Overall this is not a platform I would recommend to anyone. Runaway from them and take them off your consideration list. Safe money and a headache.

Effortless data centralization for efficiency in performance

Sharing performance through presentations is made easier and more updated. It is a key tool to hitting targets.

Pros

It brings together data for easier analysis which leads to better and faster decision making. It also leaves more time for strategizing on workflow and evaluation. Despite being highly guarded with technology, it is quite easy to relate with. Reporting and data entry is now digital and more advanced. I see a brighter and more promising future with Databox.

Cons

It is sometimes hard to customize the tool. I wanted to work with my own settings but it really delayed me so I ended up using the default settings.
