Pros

The visualizations are amazing. This paired with the ability to see them on your phone in real time make this a really powerful tool to communicate with non data folk.
So, its amazing that we have a software that can track our safety and all the other data that we keep track.
This thing is fantastic! imports information from my other programs to generate reports with ease and at a moments notice. Allows me to accurately monitor multiple aspects of my efforts.

Pros

The ease of use makes it learning and fun experience and also making it easy and reliable for people to use.
The customer service is a great team which are willing and helpful to make your business grow and succeed.
Has made reporting side of my job super easy; you can track/chart whatever data you please; can send automated reports; great timesaver.

Cons

It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.
Basic functionality was confusing. As an example, why did you need to go to another screen to sort columns.

Cons

When queries are unsuccessful, the error messages aren't always easy to understand.
Quite a few of my queries are unsuccessful and the error messages aren't very helpful explaining why.
Inability to group like-items together -- this might be possible, and I just haven't discovered it yet.
