Ferrite Labs is a marketing analytics platform designed to help marketers understand and analyze which marketing campaign tactics are working, and which are not. Ferrite Labs provides users with journey analytics, touchpoint analytics, proactive notifications, cross-channel experimentation, and segmentation in order to gain a deeper understanding of how their marketing tactics are performing.

With the aim of helping marketers build, measure, and optimize campaigns based around prospects and their journey, Ferrite Labs provides journey analytics which provide a deeper look at a specific chunk of the customer journey. With journey analytics, marketers can analyse how many prospects are at each stage of the user journey, engagement at each stage, and the average cost of each successful customer journey. Touchpoint analytics are also provided to give users insight into how customers are interacting with touchpoints such as emails, broadcasts, social media posts, events, and more, and how each touchpoint is contributing to successful impressions and conversions. Notifications are also automatically sent to alert users when marketing touchpoints are not seeing engagement, missing the target audience, or experiencing other issues.

Users can test which campaign tactics are most effective with Ferrite Labs’ cross-channel experimentation tool which allows users to conduct experiments across multiple platforms to analyze each customer’s preferences. Audiences can also be organized into segments for deeper analysis and experiments can be launched to target specific user segments, with preferences automatically recorded within any integrated CRM or system of record.
