Pros

It is a great program to track your businesses growth and market. I liked that it was easy to use and everyone trusts google product.
The software is super easy to use and it integrates seamlessly with other applications like Kaltura video platform for video analysis. The easy integration makes it easy to use.
This helps us drill down which support articles are the most helpful and which are not gaining any traction. We are also able to track how well an announcement reached our clients.

Pros

Cons

Lack of direct support can be a pain if you're stuck on something in particular but there are so many web resources on GA you can usually find someone who's had the same problem before you.
Learning curve of the UI is a little brutal but can be worked through. I guess its the downside of there being so much functionality.
I have a love/hate relationship with Google Analytics. It can either make your job easier or frustrate the hell out of you with its weird quirks.
