Pros

I believe it is a great asset for any business. Once setup it is extremely easy to use and gives valuable insights to improve and thrive your business.
I love that this is free and easy to use. It's important to set up goals and conversations and then track them over time.
Overall, positive experience using Google Analytics. Has some good points and is free for deployment, and the reports and visualisation give a nice snapshot on the audience base.

Pros

I love how user friendly this is as you can customize the software to your liking and understanding and things are easily accessible.
One benefit of using SalesForce is that I save a lot of time when I pull up account and I have the benefit to customize views to help me have everything organized.
We can notice that Salesforce is improving Einstein Analytics continuously in their releases. AI in Einstein analytics is simply superb and easy to adopt.

Cons

I was having problems configuring my Google Analytics, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
Some reps seem to be less knowledgeable than you are. Some seem to completely misunderstand your questions and then fail to reinterpret.
In addition my biggest frustration is the correspondence (or lack there of ) between GA and Search console.

Cons

Search options can be painful with some required values for my job. Attachments of critical information can be lost if a lot of time has passed since opening a case/report.
We've been trying to implement Salesforce in our business for months, but it's been quite difficult and tedious.
In addition, individual requirements in dashboards can often only be implemented with increased effort. For this, JSON files have to be adapted, which often leads to many errors.

I use Google Analytics in a CRM for multiple customers, it is a platform that helps me maintain consistency between the CRM and the different customer accounts.

Pros

It is an intuitive tool, it can be connected to any source of information and it has the necessary tools to publish the information on any type of web page.

Cons

I have not found a way to re-process the information, this makes the operation difficult.

- It's free product (but have limitations) and it will be definitely enough for small and midsize websites - You don't need developer to set up and start using product, all you need just put code on your page - You have all kind of reports that you might need, you can track traffic sources to your pages, what devices users are using, browser, OS, geolocations, track user's behavior on website - Setting up goals. You can set up custom conversions to track your website efficiency - Google Analytics can be integrated with Adwords and you can full path from advertising to conversion - Enhanced e-commerce. You can track your sales depending on traffic sources, check out your products views, steps to conversions - Cross-platform mobile app

Cons

- Interface on mobile app is very limited, you don't have all the options that you have - Lack of functions of end-to-end analytics, you can't synchronize website analytics with leads in CRM

Tutorials & training - you can get the Google analytics certification for free, online, in an acceptable timeframe.

Cons

I wish we could link analytics conversions to CRM data for full journey analysis. Some aspects could definitely be modernized, but I haven't migrated to G4 yet. There's an important learning curve to fully master the tool but it's worth the effort.

Pros

It's basically free! Google Analytics is the biggest name in web analytics. It has a learning curve but it is an awesome business intelligence tool. It allows users to gain valuable insight into their site traffic and performance and informs digital marketing decisions.

Cons

Not enough cross-sectional variables that are trackable and integration to a CRM like Salesforces is limited. Often it feels like we get one set of data from Google Analytics but a separate and disconnect set from our other platforms that track lead generation.

Overall I love Google Analytics the best overall all of the other analytics stuff I've used.

Pros

I love all of the kool features Google Analytics offers. Especially the live tracking so you can see who's on your site while they're on it. So kool.

Cons

It can be a little confusing to use and it doesn't work well when you have small numbers visiting your site.

All-in-One Analytics Platform

As long as data integrations and some past experience using Salesforce Analytics Cloud is there, I find this tool super helpful in retargeting customers who are engaged with my marketing campaigns but need an extra nudge to buy my apparel items. Additionally, analyzing the retargeting campaigns on an ongoing basis and after they have concluded helps me use those clusters of customers for other ads I want to run in the future for a different but related items, categories or brands. If there is more technical support and training available for non-premium users, we should see a growth in value of Salesforce Analytics Cloud.

Pros

I used Salesforce Analytics Cloud to analyze impact of my marketing campaigns on customer journeys. After I connected Google Analytics to Salesforce, I was able to see the data flow between the tow systems. I then created custom audiences in Google Analytics using the criteria of customers who engaged with marketing campaigns, added items to cart but didn't purchase them. Cons

Setting up integration between Salesforce Analytics Cloud and business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy needs development resources. There is a learning curve for users who have not used Salesforce before. Example: data extensions, APIs, etc. need to be configured according to Salesforce requirements. Coding knowledge is needed to maximize potential of data connectors. If password is forgotten, there is a long process to reset it which sometimes may involve working with Salesforce administrator or tech support. If tools like Datorama are used, integration is easier but then clients have to spend extra money to get access to those add-ons. So, premium support and integration costs are high.

CRM Analytics has a several customization options for visual analytics that are being used to server our clients. It is a huge plus that it can integrate the Salesforce products really well. So, if you have a Salesforce stack then this product will be an added advantage for analytics and get insights to the datasets.

Salesforce Analytics Cloud is Valuable in areas rich with recorded information, analytics relies on the simultaneous application of statistics, computer programming and operations research to quantify performance. Analytics often favors data visualization to communicate insight, the best part is making reports and dashboards.

Cons

It's not really geared to handle lots of campaign changes. It's a bit tough to pick up the logic at the beginning when you first use it.

One of the best cloud BI platform. We can notice that Salesforce is improving Einstein Analytics continuously in their releases. AI in Einstein analytics is simply superb and easy to adopt.

Cons

More functionalities needs to be added.We all know it is improving but when compared to other BI tools like Tableau, some features are lagged.

Artificial Intelligence for Citizen Developers

I used Einstein Analytics (now: Tableau CRM) to rebuild and improve sales reporting in a medium-sized company.

Pros

Data analyses, including predictive data analyses, can be created quickly. The AutoML algorithm automates many tasks. The visualisation is excellent.

Cons

Salesforce promotes the product as a solution for Citizien Developers. This is generally true. However, basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and data analysis in general is necessary for the implementation so that added value can be generated. In addition, individual requirements in dashboards can often only be implemented with increased effort. For this, JSON files have to be adapted, which often leads to many errors.
