Pros

I like how easy it is to customize and utilize, very efficient, clean and is impressive to present.
It has a wow factor to it that makes everything you are presenting look so positive. It is really useful to be able to provide daily results to everyone on the team.
The amount of integrations available is really outstanding because we use so many platforms that it's nice to not fuss with requesting features.

Pros

I really like it it is really easy to use and i love it and i dont really like how people try to use u for your money and try and scam you but other than that its really helpful.
It's relatively easy to use and helps effectively visualize data. All of our clients love the reports that we are able to put together for them.
What I most liked about this tool is that it makes so easy and secure to share reports with people in my organization (we have G-Suite accounts).

Cons

If you dont have a basic knowledge of coding then its very hard to create the different reports I struggled allot with that.
But everything broke and nothing worked the way it should and the cost was insane. Use google analytics instead, seriously.
When registering for training it doesn't always automatically link to your outlook calendar so you can miss your training.

Cons

The only downside for me was that it does not integrate with many other projects yet.
The X and Y axis are also frustrating when trying to edit them. The bottom one isn't able to be edited for percentages, which is a lot of what I work with.
There is no option for an automatic refresh if there is a change in the base file -- you have to go to View and hit refresh (not intuitive either).
