With 13 users, the data can be overcrowded, but it's nice that wherever you hover over on the data, it will show the number for each user. You can also hover each individual's name to get an isolated view.
The filtering isn't the easiest to use. It takes a little bit of learning.

Love the ability to compare a group of values from two completely unrelated systems. For us, it was huge being able to see goals side by side with real-time numbers from Salesforce.
Sometimes figuring something out on your own can be tricky because of how technical the system is but luckily our account rep is always available to answer questions.

We solved many of the problems that arose from a lack of real-time, cross-channel reporting tool. Plus the fact that Grow enabled us to unify all of our channels under easy-to-visualize metrics, really saved us a lot of time in reporting.
I like the ease with which direct integrations are made, and also the wide variety of third party providers with which Grow integrates directly. I also appreciate very much the frequency with which it allows us to refresh metrics.
I believe that the things that I like the most is the flexibility to modify graphs, fonts, font sizes, axes limits, and overall metric visualization. I think that Grow is a little plug-and-play in that sense but a bit more of freedom to modify metric visualization would be great.

Terrible customer service. As of right now we are on track to leave as soon as our contract ends. We have been overbilled by $500 two months in a row. We try to contact our rep and it's 2 weeks till we hear back from them. We keep getting the run-around and nothing ever gets fixed.
It works great for what we need it for.
Wish we could use live custom date ranges.

Visualization into our ROAS, and one central place for all of this data to live.
I can use it. They've taken a complicated problem and made it simple enough for non-technical people to use and setup. I've now got a central place to go check all of my different ad campaigns from every channel, tied to the revenue that we capture in our database. It's truly magical. They offer a 1 month free trial and require you to meet with a data consultant 1x a week so you can onboard with ease. More companies should be doing this - I bet it converts like a boss!
Really reaching here - would love some color scale conditional formatting so I can quickly see the good/bad/ugly of cpcs or ctrs.

They have a great customer support team that helps you with set up, and once you learn it, it becomes pretty intuitive.
It could get a little complicated when running data that isn't preset in the software.

Ok, struggled with company wide take up due to incorrect figures being reported that more traditional methods would have picked up earlier.
Very clear easy to read presentation of figures without the faffing around with excel documents
We have an internal IT specialist who still comes up with errors in the figures reported for example showing actual at 81 and target at 90 as 41% completion. Clearly some error somewhere but it can't be found so whilst very capable not very user-friendly.

The customer service at GROW is amazing. Anytime I would email them they would be very quick to reply, would solve the problem, and would sometimes even spot other improvements that we could make. My only issue is that we store ALOT of data and it really slowed down the service, sometimes to the point where we couldn't even use grow to build metrics

Affordable white-label offering that can be fully-configured for my customers and become a revenue driver for my company
There's a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Leveraging Grow's onboarding is highly recommended. I've also found that SQL is often needed to build queries, so some knowledge of SQL is helpful.

Definitely doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the bigger platforms out there and it depends on the amount of data you have if you will like it or not

Overall our interaction has been great, from on boarding to use they have been willing to help.
Extremely flexible and powerful. Connects to most platforms we use, also allows for configuration to our cloud platform.
While most reports are easy to develop, others can be a little more complex. Overall easy to use.

You can really connect it to most software and get most numbers that you want. Their customer support is amazing. They jump in and do a lot with you.
It's not the easiest to use once you want anything more elaborate than basic metrics. But that's the tradeoff you make for the immense flexibility.

Grow is a great tool to allow us to have real-time data shared with our clients. This has reduced overhead and automated several reports we used to have to do by hand.
This tool has expanded our decision-making capabilities in our small company in ways we could not have envisioned a year ago.
Some data integrations (namely Asana) don't play very nice so workarounds are needed. There is also a lack of transparency for stored data to verify it is still updating--this has led to decisions being made prematurely.

We managed to expose our metrics and reports to users from different departments in an agile and accurate way.
You can explore and visualize your data doing charts, custom views and dashboards. Each assets have different features like filters, drill down, customization. You can share the asset with other team members.
A desired feature is reverse ETL feature i.e send data to a data source.

Has given us transparency into every aspect of our business. We have always built metrics ourselves, but Grow has now allowed us to change systems with ease, since Grow acts as our window into any system we decide to use.
Tons of native integrations. Pretty easy to pick up and use. Pricing beats competitors by a landslide.
Sometimes it is slow.
