To share a dashboard snapshot by email, on the upper right-hand side of the dashboard editor, click on the Share icon for the Email Dashboard Snapshot window to appear. Enter your recipients’ email addresses, include a message, and click Send. Snapshot schedules can also be created so you can periodically send out dashboard snapshots automatically.
To share URLs without divulging your Leftronic credentials, click on Dashboard Settings under the Settings menu. Tick the “share link for current dashboard” check box, and a URL will automatically be generated. A password is optional.
While dashboards can be shared with anyone in your team, Leftronic lets you manage multiple users and control their access to dashboards and service authentications. This ensures the amount of data you share with everyone, including how they use it, corresponds to their job functions.
Leftronic offers users the freedom to customize their dashboards as they deem necessary. From the Settings menu on the upper right side of your screen, just below your name, the following options are available: Dashboard Settings, Dashboard Collections, Basic Styling, Advanced Styling, Authentications, Alerts, IP Whitelisting, and User Management.
Aside from generating links for the dashboards you intend to share, Dashboard Settings is where you enter your password to decrypt encrypted data, rename, copy, and clear the contents of the current dashboard. Basic Styling allows you to upload a logo image URL, change your dashboards’ color theme, and hide/unhide the dashboard header/footer in display mode, while Advanced Styling contains an edit screen where you can enter your custom CSS. Alerts is where you create new alerts or view existing ones.
