Pros

Locowise is a great tool: I enjoyed the layout of the reports as well as the ability to schedule content.
I would highly recommend this platform for companies that are looking for an effective, quick way to pull together social analytics + track progress.
The customer services is amazing and they are incredibly quick to listen and respond to feedback which I've had yet to find with other brands.

Pros

The API is amazing and very user friendly. I like that you can link all of your accounts to the software and create custom dashboards for all linked accounts.
Our person there has been extremely responsive, patient and helpful. They've used some of our requests and suggestions in enhancing the platform and we greatly appreciate that.
My overall experience is positive - I feel like I have a good response time from our customer service rep though she does not prioritize my team members in the same way she seems to for me.

Cons

Some time miss 5% data compared with FB insight. No Suggest analytic for users.
I track social media pages all day every day as a freelancer and this platform has not only revolutionised how I report, but also cut reporting time in half.

Cons

Something is always wrong with the API, the custom functions are confusing, the Import Wizard only works some of the time - the set up is confusing.
It's been something we've desperately needed, but with the last 3 months of updates hasn't been addressed.
We don't have anything we really dislike about this software at this time.
