Pros

Besides having a great product, the outstanding Customer and Technical Support is one of the main reasons why we retain them.
It's a good fit to present the asset data that's captured in Visi-Trac, our asset management platform.
Great experience and success with delivering enterprise wide reports/dashboards.

Pros

It has a wow factor to it that makes everything you are presenting look so positive. It is really useful to be able to provide daily results to everyone on the team.
The amount of integrations available is really outstanding because we use so many platforms that it's nice to not fuss with requesting features.
Grow creates beautiful graphs and visuals of a company's data. This is very helpful for illustrating important trends and patterns within an organization.

Cons

Data hub does not work as expected and performance is bad.
The Performance of the business views are poor.
A little confused at the beginning if you used to other bi tool.

Cons

If you dont have a basic knowledge of coding then its very hard to create the different reports I struggled allot with that.
But everything broke and nothing worked the way it should and the cost was insane. Use google analytics instead, seriously.
When registering for training it doesn't always automatically link to your outlook calendar so you can miss your training.
