I don't have to worry about scaling my ELK stack, those considerations are handled for us. Additionally the support is terrific, very responsive and the API documentation is outstanding.

Several times we have used logz.io to track down issues in real time with ease. In addition, if you have a suggestion or question, the response time is outstanding.

Easy to use, intuitive tool helps us and is very useful in what we propose to do. We're reasonably satisfied.

The price is good and the support, the few times I've ever had to use it (for simple questions), has been great. Insights has caught so many bugs in my product that it's paid for itself.

Logz is the gold standard for customer service among vendors I use. They've been incredibly patient and generous in helping me get the most of the product.

It has a powerful search mechanism on the logs. The UX is great (for example, I can add and remove a parameter to the search with a click).

Good amount of features, fair pricing, easy to setup. Team configuration, store and share settings.

Clean interface and feature rich. Timeless index, alerts actions supported by APIs, cloudtrail and account utilization.

Fast, familiar Kibana interface, quite good filter selection/manipulation GUI, good alerts and sharing functionality.

Subscription plans should be more progressive, sometimes if the maximum event ingestion is met, the events are lost.

Logz is significantly less expensive and still has great features. That, plus the customer service, would lead me to recommend Logz to just about anyone.

Ad hoc parsing of messages and extraction of values (a la Loggly) is missing. Missing ability to set all filters in GUI before the query is actually performed (suspended update).

Logz made it easy to get ELK analytics up and running and has excellent added features such as machine learning to pick out additional issues.

It takes aware the hassle of hosting your own ELK stack and dealing with scaling. The UI is nice and the API is really easy to use.

Elasticsearch complexity requires some hand-holding, i.e. index failures. Some slowness in searches when the service is busy.

A lot of people think you have to go with a company like Splunk if you want great server analytics. That couldn't be further from the truth.

Implementation is a bit hard, especially the sub-accounts quota definition which required some adjustments.

I wear a lot of hats at work. People talk about how easy it is to set up an ELK stack, but it isn't when you've got so many other competing priorities.

Ease of setup and ease of use. Great customer support service and great communication with their support in helping us get started, setup and customized.

Epsagon is the best way I know of about how to monitor, analyse and debug backend apps. We use it extensively with AWS Lambda and what was impossible to understand before, is now made super easy.

Epsagon gives us a window into an otherwise black box that is Serverless. Love how easy it is to setup and the Epsagon is great about responding to issues.

Since then the product has matured significantly and it is very pleasing to use. Reliability and performance have been strong for some time now.

Incredibly frictionless. Alternatively for more complex stacks, calling the SDK or implementing via your SAM, CF or terraform stack all work like a charm.

Incredibly easy to deploy and start using, with really great tutorials across numerous different programming languages. The stats, pre built dashboards and notifications are instantly valuable.

Excellent support from the team. Simple slack integration for notifications.

The software was very user friendly. It is laid out how you expect it to be laid out.

It's also really interesting to visually see the service map, especially in a serverless architecture.

I will highly recommend Espagon to anyone who wants to keep an eye on their lambdas, api gateway and rds.

The data within Epsagon can feel fragmented there are known gaps in what traces/events can be correlated and it is difficult to understand at times where alerts/issues came from.

No facility to have multiple AWS accounts with one Epsagon login - I manage multiple customers and need to logout/login for each one.

Alerting functionality hasn't caught up to CloudWatch yet. Requires instrumentation, (probably impossible to avoid, but still...).
