Pros

It's an incredible programming for examination. I love the perception highlights since it transform drilling information into fun outlines or diagrams.
The ability to filter to the specific metric we are interested in is an amazing feature.
It is a good data analytics and visualization software and its ability to import data from multiples sources is a great feature.

Pros

Good set of dashboard charts for tracking progress of Agile teams. Glad that it has integration with Asana, which we use extensively at our companuy.
I like the hover instructions explaining specific metrics and the ability to configure your agile environment. The quick snapshot of most common performance metrics is awesome.
I like the ease of use for setting up the dashboards, and the process was very intuitive. Visually, the information was conveyed to the end user, and was elegant in its delivery.

Cons

Could be frustrating to use when first starting as it would give you an error message but provide no specifics on what is wrong or directions to fix it.
I find it a bit frustrating when presented with a visualisation that doesn't represent the particular angle on the data I am looking for.
Had to take some training courses and even at that it was still confusing.

Cons

It is very unclear how the data is stored if it is even stored at all. We are always worried about pressing the wrong thing or creating the sprint in the wrong order in order not to lose data.
If you're not familiar with all the terminology it can be a bit confusing.
I wish the sprints could be on a schedule and auto start a new sprint. If I forget to start a new sprint, it throws an error if I try to say the sprint was started on a previous day.

Pros

The different dashboards available adapt to our team's reporting needs even as these change. We mainly use the Epics dashboard to monitor progress on our monthly and quarterly goals. It provides great insight into the bigger picture, delays, and bottlenecks. They also release free and helpful power-up for Trello regularly that enhance Screenful's reporting capabilities.

Cons

You have to go into the configuration settings every now and then to make sure things are right. Sometimes settings seem to change/update without notice when new data sources are added.
