It is still a new piece of software that is yet building its complete functionality. What I have found out however is that support is extremely approachable and competent, and that when they promise something (i.e. introducing a new feature) they keep their promise. As the product matures, I see myself needing less and less input from support, but I hope they will retain the same open and friendly approach as before.
Parsio is an "email first and foremost" type of parser, unlike other automations I have used that treat email like any other source of data, and subject it to the same restrictions as an ephemeral webhook call. What other email parsers do is queue all emails and once a message is processed, that's it - no chance to fix a mistake in the template, no chance to adapt if there is any error in the parsing...
As of the time of writing, Parsio itself has no ability to process the data it collects (e.g. format dates, numbers and currencies; perform conditional operations; add/reorder data within the csv/XML/JSON structure and so on) before passing it to other services. Perhaps those will come with time to make the users' job easier. The newly introduced functionality that allows parsing tables is still a bit rough around the edges.

Mailparser recently discontinued its free plan and so I was looking for a low priced entry alternative and wanted to check out Parsio. I mistakenly thought it was 30 credits/mo which would have been sufficient but it's only 30 credits total. My needs are for simple email (not document) parsing, standardized emails from vacation rental platforms. Mailparser allows multiple steps of textual refinement whereas Parsio deals with a visual interface of the email and then offers minimal refinement. It separated my email from its attachment which, if document parsing were required, would be very helpful.
I liked the interface and the ease of start up.
The inability to easily refine parse results into different formats.

What I liked most about Parsio is its powerful and versatile web data extraction capabilities. The ability to extract various types of data, such as text, images, links, and tables, with ease was highly impactful for my business needs. The product is incredibly user-friendly, with an intuitive interface and comprehensive documentation, making it easy to use even for those with limited technical expertise. Integrating Parsio into our existing business process was seamless, thanks to its well-documented API and flexible integration options, ensuring a smooth workflow and enhancing our data-driven decision-making.
While Parsio is an excellent web data extraction tool, one aspect I found challenging was dealing with websites that heavily rely on complex JavaScript rendering. In some cases, extracting data from such websites required additional configuration and troubleshooting. Additionally, while Parsio offers a wide range of extraction options, I felt that certain advanced features, such as handling CAPTCHA or solving complex login scenarios, could be further developed to enhance its capabilities. Nonetheless, these minor limitations do not outweigh the overall positive experience and effectiveness of Parsio in web data extraction.

Experience has been great. Very collaborative team.
They are always enhancing the platform with latest technologies (OCR for document parsing for example).
Integration was smooth. Still learning some of the more advanced features.

Very good. I was searching for an Email parser because I wanted my workintensive accounting processes to be automized. It helps a ton. Like I said, it is easy to set up basic email parsing and you get more than sufficient help for setting up more difficult one. 5 star experience!!
Besides the reliable functionality, and the easy application of standart parsing functions, support stands definitely out. I had some trouble setting up my first template: At first, they recorded a personalized screen video tutorial. However, the parsing still didn't work as I wanted it to work, so they offered to set up a template for me. All within 24 hours. When a template is created and works, life get's a whole lot easier. Integrates with Webhooks, Zapier and Google Sheets. Actually, I like the latter most. Almost magical how it updates the data!
Setting up complicated new templates sometimes is cumbersome for non-coders like me. However, they offer very handy solutions and tips via support, so you can solve the problems you are facing. What I miss a little bit is a KonnectzIT integration (I use KonnectzIT instead of Zapier). Of course it is possible to integrate via Webhooks, however that would make life even easier for me and other KonnectzIT (or Pabbly, Integromat) users.

I've been using a few email parser tools, but Parsio is one of the easiest to use right out of the box. The video documentation is also helpful.
I'm waiting for the team to release their complete guide to the HARO extraction workflow (it was shared, but I'm still not sure how to filter & automate after the data is parsed).

overall experience with Parsio's data extraction services was good, in mail extraction. However, customer service fell short with delayed and less helpful responses, leaving room for improvement in enhancing user support.
I recently used Parsio's data extraction services for mail extraction, and overall, I was impressed with the efficiency of the extraction process. The platform successfully retrieved the mails that i wanted, showcasing its reliability in data extraction. However, my experience with customer support was less satisfactory the responses were not as helpful as expected. Improved customer service would enhance the overall user experience and satisfaction with Parsio's services.
Parsio's customer service is a lack of helpful responses. Users may find that support is not as efficient, potentially leading to delays.

The overall ease of use and short time it took to set everything up. Email data extraction has got better over the years but many prove to be too unreliable in a production environment.

I'll keep using Parsio because of its data extraction performance, but I still feel like I could use more of the features if they were easier to understand.
I've been testing Parsio along with other OCR solutions to find an appropriate tool to include in our document management workflow. Parsio ended up being the most efficient when it comes to extract handwritten data from documents.
Some settings are a bit unclear to the untrained eye, such as the table options. The post-processing also requires a steep learning curve that could be better explained.

Overall I am pleased with the software and I would recommend it without hesitation to people looking to automate data extraction.
The functionality is great and it's fairly flexible to suit most use cases. Some workarounds might be required for certain tasks but most data extractions work out of the box. I like the modern interface of the web app and dashboard. [sensitive content hidden] from the support is very helpful! As I mentioned before, some workarounds might be required for certain tasks but he helped me with this.
It would be good if you increased the upload limits or made it easier to bulk import via API for people with no technical knowledge.

Super, looking forward to being able to train our own ML model on our documents using the Parsio application.
- Price-Quality relationship unbeatable - Beats expensive tools out there by miles - Easy to integrate into an existing pipeline - Functionality - API
- Some table characteristics (like 2 or more sub-columns) are not handled yet well directly out from the extractor. However, one can catch these errors and fix them. - Bought credits in a specific billing period cannot be rolled over into the next one.

Parsio was easy to use. Especially as a smooth brain operator like me.
I had to connect zapier to get my parsio data into slack. If this was direct, it would save a step, but not that big of a deal.

I wanted to automate reading my emails and extracting best possible data from various emails. Parsio made it easier. I added email templates in Parsio which automated the data extraction. Once the data was extracted, I use third party integration like Zapier to send data to my CRM.
1. Ability to parse attachments 2. Ability to extract data from emails without complex rules 3. User is kept uptodate with the development of the product via frequent communication
1. UI is not top-notch. 2. It is difficult for beginner to extract data from tables

Parsio's overall impact is noteworthy. It transforms the often intricate process of extracting economic insights into a more manageable endeavour.
Parsio has significantly streamlined the process of extracting structured data. I really like how a task particularly critical in dealing with economic datasets embedded within various email communications can be solved. It helped me in saving considerable time and effort in managing economic data from communication channels.
While Parsio adeptly handles standard email structures, there could be nuances with highly customized economic data emails that require some fine-tuning.

Overall, my experience with Parsio has been highly positive. It has streamlined the data extraction process in my projects, allowing for quicker turnaround times and more accurate data handling. While there was a learning curve, especially during setup, the time saved in the long run more than made up for it. The tool is robust, reliable, and integrates well with other platforms, making it a valuable addition to our toolkit.
What I liked most about Parsio is its ability to automatically extract structured data from various document types with high accuracy. The AI-driven parser handles even complex documents like PDFs, emails, and handwritten notes seamlessly, saving a lot of time and reducing manual errors.
The downside of Parsio is that its setup can be a bit complex initially, especially if you're working with highly customized data extraction requirements. Additionally, while it handles most common document types well, it may require some tweaking for less standard formats or when dealing with very large files.

Parsio offers a practical solution for automating email data extraction, which has undoubtedly improved our workflow. What I appreciate most about Parsio is its ability to accurately extract data from emails, signatures, and attachments, saving us from the tedium of manual data entry.
While Parsio is undoubtedly valuable, there are areas where it could improve. The user interface, while functional, could be more user-friendly. It took our team some time to get fully acquainted with the platform, and simplifying the interface would enhance the user experience.

The [sensitive content hidden] had publicly said to include all the features in the LTD on appsumo. Now they are not giving new features to LTD users. Stay away from this, others also have complained about mailboxes stopped working and [sensitive content hidden] is asking to buy monthly plans. Basically they have kepy LTD users on different servers to save cost.
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate all reviews, whether they are positive or negative, as they help us improve our services. However, this review refers to a lifetime deal that we no longer offer, and will not be offering again in the future. We recently had a chat discussion with you. Our new AI-powered parser has significant infrastructure costs for us, and therefore, it cannot be offered for free to our valuable lifetime customers. As a small, bootstrapped startup, we simply cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars every month to provide this solution for free at this time. We are exploring cheaper solutions and will try to give access to our lifetime customers in the future. In the meantime, we can offer a paid add-on. Thank you.

Paris is one of the most expensive cities in the world. Housing, food, transportation, and entertainment can be quite costly. Finding affordable accommodation, especially in central areas, can be challenging.
