Parsio Email Parser impressed me with its seamless efficiency, streamlining my tasks effortlessly. It's a time-saving gem that simplifies my work, making it a standout feature.

Parsio's Sandbox limitations in the upgrade plan were a drawback. The constrained payment structure for enhanced features like the SANDBOX seemed restrictive, limiting the potential of an otherwise promising tool.

We like the fact that we can put in a lot of documents and extract only the information that is often hidden within any such document

I liked how easy it is to setup and use.

The biggest con is the way I was treated as a customer, bought 2 Appsumo codes and forgot to redeem. 2 weeks after the deadline they ignored my messages, put me a goose chase emailing them only to eventually say that they can't help me because they "must follow Appsumo terms" which is basically a lie cause i know those terms.

Dear Andrey Kholkin, You purchased 3 codes and successfully redeemed one. You missed the deadline by 4 months, not 2 weeks (you never contacted us before) and we advised you to contact AppSumo for a refund; send us your proof of purchase (AppSumo invoice); or get 2 months from us on any subscription plan that will cover your investment. Another customer also pointed that you are selling Parsio and many other AppSumo codes on Facebook which is strictly prohibited.

Parsio is a software that allows you to extract all the important information from your mails, so by forwarding mails to them and creating a template you can organize everything that is sent to you.

I would like Parsio to have direct connection to google drive and pcloud so that I could upload the pdfs in the mails directly there without having to use another software.

The best thing is a free trial thanks to which I could check if it suits my needs. I created templates and adjusted the features and now I know Parsio will help me with my work.

Data export to Google Sheets is quite complicated and does not work properly sometimes

Parsio is very fairly priced compared to the competition and it is available for immediate signup and use. Customer service is outstanding.

First-time use can be a little confusing, but very easy once you get the hang of it. That being said, their customer service helps with every step of the process.

It did exactly what I need it to do. I need to parse data from a PDF to convert it into an Excel sheet. This saved so much time where I would have have to manually input all the data in myself.

It is kind of expensive for the monthly subscription. Depending on what you need it may be worth the money to save that time!

Parsio has been an absolute game-changer for my workflow. It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't particularly tech-savvy. Within minutes of watching a couple of short tutorial videos, I was able to set up my first template and automate a task that used to take up a significant chunk of my time.

This software is great for helping me automatically log my receipts. I make a lot of purchases and this offloads some work from some of my other automation apps to help keep costs low.

It would be nice if I could tell it more general behavior. For example, I had an HTML table in my receipt and when a second row was added in a newer receipt, the parsing failed. It would have been nice if I could tell the software "This is a table, the first row will always be the headers and I want you to parse all subsequent rows the same way." I would also appreciate if things like the email date would be available through the API as I am using Pabbly to connect Parsio to QuickBooks.

I like how this app takes information that I configured in a template from emails and this info, finally is used as a input to my incident tool.

I would like to automate task from taking data extrated from email and uses this info to create an Incidente in my Officetrack tool

The OCR extraction seemed accurate and on-point, which helped a lot to compile a merged dataset consisting of information from multiple PDF documents. Not only has it helped me to compile a dataset much quicker than having to manually capture data from hardcopy, but it also avoids potential entry errors.

I do not think I scratched the surface of Parsio's capabilities, and my tasks were very rudimentary, which Parsio executed well. Due to the fact that I did not "deep dive" I could not find anything to fault.

Parsio is a great tool for collecting data from my email. I don't have to worry about collecting data myself and getting it into a spreadsheet so I can share it with my team. Parsio is very easy to set up and they have great customer service, so I never have to worry about the product not working properly.

A few glitches here and there; missing a few key features like OCR, but they're working on it or on the way!

The "mailbox" interface is very well designed and easy to use. Being able to upload documents via email is useful, the OCR works well, the methods for retrieving the parsed data also work really well. Finally, the customer support is fast and helpful.

Even though it works well, the OCR is not perfect, but you should not expect it to be. I tried a document with a very complex structure and it missed a few fields, but it was impressive enough as it was.

Its reliability and compatibility in adapting various sources and giving extracted outputs in seconds

Getting 400 error in API parameters and credits is less for free users

I love that we can grab pieces of emails and parse them to automate responses.

Haven't found any cons yet! The only thing I can think of is more videos to support other functionality and examples of use.

The details in data extraction was impressive.

The sorting of this detailed data was not the easiest to mitigate.

Parsio for bills data extraction presents great performance. The most striking benefit for me as Financial Accountant has been the incredible accuracy of the data extraction. It can identifies and extracts relevant information from various bill formats, which saves me a lot of time.

So far I have not found any drawback using Parsio in trial version since the volume of processed documents is not very high.

I like the simple interface, pricing is good compared to others and the text extract is accurate.
